    After having my teeth whitened, I started to use 'Janina' toothpaste. It kept my teeth bright white for at least 18 mths after my lazer whiting treatment (despite being a smoker and a red wine drinker! ) It keeps your teeth looking polished and feeling fresh. I love it and would not use any other tooth paste now.

    The best way to use both Janina Diamond and Opale toothpastes is to brush your teeth as normal using any cheap whitening toothpaste then rinse your mouth and toothbrush. Then brush quickly with Janina paste but don't rinse, just spit. Then spray Janina mouth rinse into your mouth, swoosh round your mouth and spit out. You will see a difference in a couple of weeks and your breath will be really fresh.
