they have just informed us that they are hiking the charges up by another 3% its already 34% If you pay by direct debit, you can avoid it but their terms are every 4 weeks, not every month, so you will have at some point 2 direct debits in the same month or a £12 fine if you are late. who gets paid every 4 weeks these days? its a ploy to charge you an extra £12 when you default. I have just received a letter from this dreadful conmpany stating I was late for a payment. This was an oversight because it has been Christmas and I have been so busy I forgot. No reminder...just a £12 charge and quite a few unpleasant comments. I will never buy from these people again. The quality of the clothing is very poor also… Read Full Review

1) They open a credit account for you even though you don't ask them to. 2) They have awful stock control - you get knickers with no bra, bra with no knickers, they agree a replacement for that and then run out of one again. 3) They make it impossible to return stuff by never sending you the return packaging. I have just had a letter from their colection dept demanding over £59. I have prchased NOTHING. THEY have not contacted me before and REFUSE to confirm our conversation in writing. They will forward statements i never received and suggested i contact the post office. I am oap and in bed disabked with no income other than guaranteed pension credit. Overall rating less than 1!! I ordered something and had to pay massive interest because I missed the pay-by date! Having completed the transaction paid it all in full (interest included), one year later they are still trying to get money out of me saying I haven't paid even though I have sent them proof of completed payment. I don't understand how they are unable to locate where my payment has gone if I have a unique customer number, or where the fax is that I was asked to send them as proof… Read Full Review

I so agree with the reviews about Simply Yours. I was livid to get a letter from them today after I thought I had paid for an item in Sept! Apparently they had never taken my payment but opened an account and started charging interest instead. I paid the balance today (including 80p interest)just to get rid of them and told them to close the account. Terrible that you are made to open a credit account with them even if you just want to buy something of £10 you have to have a £125 minimum limit opened. Ridiculous! Didn't see that advertised on the advert missed that part out it would seem! I ordered 4 items from here and was disgusted by the pricing. Though I was dragged in my the quality of what the items seemed. After receiving a gift I no longer needed 2 items from them anymore so went to cancel my order. This company is ridiculous. They have some nice things to sell. But you ar pretty much forced to open a Credit account with them to order anything!
Their delivery times are just as absurd. Initially said they would deliver within a few days as i need to buy for gifts my g/f. They eventually turned up over 2 weeks later, with a crushed gift box.

The WORST customer service ever. imply Yours Customer service advisors do nothing to help. Ordered something on a next day delivery 4 days later there is no sign.
