    I wish I had reviewed this company before I booked with lowcostholidays.com!

    I paid a deposit this week for a holiday in July next year and they've taken the full amount from my bank account.

    I agree that their After Sales service is abysmal. They still haven't replied to my email of 2 days ago and they are insisting I provide evidence that they've taken my payment as their system says I've only paid a deposit. They are refusing to check their bank statement to confirm this information and my bank insists it is impossible to be a bank error.

    They are making money on card charges and their phone lines which don't tell you the office is closed until you've made all your selections.

    we BOOKED A TWO WEEK BREAK FROM ON THE BEACH.COM TO FLORIDA. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE FOUND OTB HAD SENT US THE DETAILS FOR THE WRONG HOTEL. WE TRIED TO RING THEM BUT THEY NEVER REPLIED.     We booked a holiday 2 weeks prior to departure through low cost holidays. it was a ticketless flight so no tickets were posted out. at the airport we were told we were not on the system, it only took a couple of minutes for the lady to add us though. we arrived and caught a transfer bus which was easy to find, arrived at hotel fine, really cheap and extremely helpful customer service staff. only problem was not being on the system at both airports, the spanish took longer to sort the problem and ...

    Do not book with Lowcost holidays. When we arrived at our hotel in Mallorca they had never heard of us and Lowcost holidays had not passed on our payment. The hotel took our credit card and it was not until later the following day we were told we could unpack. I wrote to complain when we returned home but Lowcost holidays never replied.

    We arrived in egypt with 2 tired children, as soon as we hit the main desk i knew there was a problem.....low cost beds had taken our money and NOT paid for our room our holiday was £2200 we were told we would have to pay £150 per night as no bookings were made all fine if we were not on a all inclusive holiday with just £600 cash and NO credit cards...STAY AWAY my phone bill was £180 and my husbands was over £300 trying to sort this out.     Low cost holidays,please please donot use this company. Booked to go to the Reef Oasis in Egypt for our anniversary and my husbands birthday, and ended up in the Aqua Park, as the Reef Oasis was fully booked. As, this was our 3rd visit to this hotel, the staff there felt so sorry for us,and apparentely this happens alot.

    I booked a weeks holiday for me and my girlfriend to go on holiday to Gran Canaria with Low Cost Beds. As this was a Spanish Island I knew we needed to supply Advanced Passenger Information to be allowed into the country.     My husband and I booked a three day weekend stay in Paris from the 25th to the 27th of Sept 2009 via www.lowcostholidays.com. I emailed the hotel about a week before we were meant to check in just to make sure they had our booking and the hotel said they they had not received a booking from lowcostholidays.com.     Don't touch them. Lowcostholidays.com is a con. They left us on the street.

    Just come back From holiday in Majorca Booked thro Low Cost Holidays everything went according to plan tho I do admit after booking it I did panic a couple of weeks before we went is everyhing going to be okay? the flight was with Thomsonfly, Hotel was one we had looked at while staying in the resort previously so had an idea it would be ok and also booked our Transfer thro Low Cost Holiday & it was with Resorthoppa again no problem - excellent - would not hesitate to use this Company again

    Hi we are going on holiday saturday Ihave spent most of this week phone this company trying to get to know were our flight tickets are we finaly got them this morning Thursday but when you do get through to this company ther attitude is not really caring will never book with Low Cost Beds ever again must have cost about 20 pounds on the phone to these people

    I would never use Low Cost Beds again. before I went on holiday, I spent approx 2 hours trying to speak to someone re: my holiday, sent an e-mail, which was ignored. The flight company BMI Bbay were OK, however, we weren't told which terminal, how much baggage etc. When we arrived at the destination airport, we had our transfers with 'Resort Hopper' we were on the coach to our hotel for over three hours and weren't allowed to stop for the toilet, we weren't told where we were getting picked up f ...

    We booked a family holiday with Lowcostbeds to Spain and we paid and booked a children family hotel with full board, when we arrived, the hotel wasn't even completed. It was like a building site. We eventually managed to speak to someone and they booked us into another hotel at midnight, which was only B&B and not child friendly at all!!!

    havent gone on holiday yet but the Low Cost Beds after sales service is rubbish! i have also emailed them 6 weeks ago and still no reply. ive tried to ring them but after waiting upto an hour gave up. NOw have a query about how they are sending my flight tickets for onur air by post or email and no reply will never use them again!

    I booked a holiday with low cost holidays a couple of months ago, the girl was very helpful.I received all documentation, except there was nothing about the flight at all. We are due to fly next Tuesday and still havn't received any info at all!! Tried calling help desk and it is an automated system. Tried to "manage my booking on line"but the system has no record of my booking ref. no. or E mail. Definately not going to be booking with Low Cost Beds again!! HELP!!!

    They are usually represented by agents such as Travel Republic and Great late deals.co.uk.

    I booked and paid for accommodation in New York, receiving a booking voucher for said hotel. Over two weeks later I was told the hotel was overbooked and no longer available[this was not the case as I phoned the hotel in question]. Low Cost Beds offered accomodation in a cheaper hotel at the original booking price. I believe they make their money doing this. I cancelled and am still looking for accommoda ...
