ordered a product online and paid with paypal. the item was never dispatched and they refused to refund money to me. opened a dispute via paypal, but despite a ruling in my favour, i still have not received a refund from this rip-off company. a disgrace! AVOID!

Lying, cheats, they have no intention of sending you goods, they are just thiefs, they take the money and keep it. AVOID at all costs! Even opened a paypal dispute and they have no funds in paypal to refund me!

Rating would be a 0. I ordered 11/08, they charged by credit card and I still haven't received the product--after having contacted the company numerous times. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Shockingly poor service, and misled me several times about whether the figure I'd requested was on its way or not. Eventually, after many calls a refund was promised, I am still waiting (a month later) on that refund. I am pursuing a claim through Paypal against Who Blackpool.

'who blackpool' or rather the comedy on-line shop of horrors customer service aint a word in the dictionary to describe it but horrendous will suffice we ordered goods after 4 e-mails and 4 phone calls no response of worth so i sought advice hey presto they wanted to talk for your peace of mind dont touch this place

I ordered goods from this horrendous place in May for my sons birthday. Received one item and with it was a letter saying that they was awaiting the other goods but would send them on once shipment had been received.(Items was never in stock when I ordered them, but the Who Blackpool website doesn't state this)My money was taken from my account despite not having them in stock, and to date and after several phone calls and emails later I STILL haven't received anything from them. Think very carefully before ordering from WHO Blackpool. In my case I ordered an item online, that the website claimed to be be in stock, but actually wasn't. Certain online stores seem to make a habit of this to snare your money up front. This is clearly unscrupulous. In my case Who Blackpool made it extremely difficult for me to acquire a refund. I emailed them repeatedly and phoned several times, each time I was promised a refund that failed to materialise and this went on for several weeks. ...

Ordered from WHO blackpool in November 2008, goods not sent, persistant delays put me beyond Paypal time limit for a refund. E-mialed, telephoned wrote letters all to no avail.
Reported them to trading standards this April 2009. Will not buy from them again

I ordered and Item in the beginning of the year from Who Blackpool and still I have not received the item. After writing via email I finally got a response that the requested item was out of stock. I asked for a time frame and was never given an answer. To date I have still not received the item or a refund.

The process is simple, buy goods, pay for them with a debit/credit card, await for goods to arrive. Here is Who Blackpool's apparent process: I ordered goods that were not in stock! (I did not know this), money was debited from account instantly, I was kept waiting with no order updates for weeks on end. I called up to ask for updates..'all is ok'...Week later, cannot get items into stock 'we will refund you'...2 months down the line and I still have not received the refund. Refunds via paypal s ...

On the surface Who Blackpool looks good, but they seemed incapable to me of delivering many of the items they claimed to have on their website. I cannot comment on them as a shop if you are intending to go in person, but I would not recommend to order from this company online. They debited my money but I never received my order. Now after the second email, communications seem to have gone silent and the phone is always engaged or not answered whenever I phone.

Ordered a gift for my housemate's birthday - ordered mid-April, hoping to get it by the end of May (her birthday). Money debited from my account within three days of making my order. By late June, had received nothing.

Emailed WhoBlackpool about it and they assured me the item was en route from suppliers and would be shipped on asap. Emailed in the beginning of October to cancel my order - had no response. After a week, emailed again, demanding a refund. Got a response this time (!) that it had ...

Ordered item for my little boy's birthday on 27 May 2008 still waiting for goods - have been told all items received from America damaged so awaiting stock - it is now October and I have twice requested a refund over the past couple of months and I have still not received it yet - I would never use this company again as I would find it hard to trust them - especially in this time of the credit crunch when none of us have much money.

Item received from Who Blackpool within 3 days of ordering was pleasantly surprised as they had sent me a few random trading cards free included with my purchase which was nice.

I pre-paid for 2 items in May. Neither was in stock - although this wasn't shown on the website. They managed to obtain one of the items and supplied it in good time, however I gave up on the second item after two months and asked for a refund.
I still haven't received it yet. I occasionally get a response such as 'Yes, we'll pass it on to our refund team'...and then nothing seems to happen.
I honestly couldn't recommend them.

I ordered my item back in mid june, and i have yet to receive it. I have received pretty good customer service via email, but unfortunately I do not believe the information they have provided. The first time they sent the item, they made it sound like it was lost in transit (the tracking number never showed information), so apparently they sent out a replacement and still nothing. I placed the order with Who Blackpool in April. In May I just got an envelope with an invoice copy which Who Blackpool tried to explain as being the ordered items! (I could verify this having saved the envelope with its track reference.) Emailed and phoned them several times without receiving any response to my inquiries. Only about every 10th phone call I made was ever answered personally. Several times my phone call was apparently hung up on.

After placing order with Who Blackpool I discovered store could not promise delivery of item by date required so I cancelled order and emailed to confirm cancellation. Item then arrived a month later. Phoned to say order was cancelled & should not have been sent, told I could just return it within 7 days.
