    the same problem. paid the mouthgard, get this impression, send it back, and now Im waiting since 8 weeks. no answers at emails.
    that sucks.
    would never ever order there a second time.

    i will trying to call them next days
    sorry for my bad english.

    Same problem as others. Paid and got mould sent through twice (said original mound done was not good enough) but no mouth guard and no reply to various emails. Do not use! Wouldnt give them any star rating but one star was the lowest possible. If this is just a scam I don't follow why they bother sending out the mould or in our case two moulds. With the postage from Holland this just reduces their "profit" surely?

    This company is nothing but a front to con international buyers out of their money. Wish I had come across these reviews before and stuck with Opro. Received the mould kit within days. I have never received the guard, never received a response from my e-mails and no telephone numbers to contact them. I am now in the process of reclaiming the money spent through my credit card and will hopefully get them black listed for fraudulent use of credit cards. PLEASE PLEASE STAY CLEAR AND IF YOU ARE ...

    Paid the money and the mould arrived days later - unfortunately have never received the actual mouth guards - multiple emails sent to all email addresses and no response. Have tried calling them and still nothing, no answer. Times Online article is over 2 years old and they have said that they wouldn't now rate them.... Advice DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS

    Ordered 2 mouthguards from GuardKit Custom made and not received them back after sending off the impressions - seems to be a common problem so don't order from them. Likewise no reply to email or calls. Cant believe pay pal are still taking the money either.

    I've found that the GuardKit Custom made products have a better fit than shop bought mouthguards.

    The web site looks good, the guardkit is a great way of getting the best protection for your teeth.

    Custom made with a home impression kit. If the impression is not good, i guess the mouthguard will not be good. There are so many options about size and thickness that you cant really go wrong. You do the impression at home so no dental vision and every mouth guard is, as the name suggest, custom made. These are some of the best you can find, and easily ordered on the internet. Finding the Guardkit Custom made mouth guard was brilliant!
