Like many others I've since found out that Guardkit appear to be a bogus company. This is the first time I've been caught out on line, and it doesn't feel very nice. My son recieved his kit, which was returned the same day. No sign of the mouthguard, and it's been over three weeks now. No replies to my many E-mails, and can't find a contact phone number. Don't use this company, and someone somewhere with the know how should act and stop them !! (read more)

Unfortunately I didn't check out the reviews of this company before placing an order (in January) and paying 58 euros for a mouthguard for my son. The template kit arrived quickly and was sent back but since then, a big, fat silence..... I have tried ringing the phone number I found online but it's discontinued and my emails are being ignored. Future buyers beware!!!! (read more)

My 15 year old son saved for 5 months to buy a mouthguard in January...now March and still nothing. We all need to act on this not just write a bad review! I feel like going over there and punching someone but doubt they even have an office probably just a mail box.... Amazing how quick the payments are taken then nothing.!!!!! (read more)

Bring Dein Geld irgendwem, aber nicht dieser Company. Geld weg - Mundschutz NIE bekommen. 10 Wochen sind vergangen seit der Bestellung. Laut Website dauert es 2 bis 3 Wochen. E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Dachte zuerst, dass das eine Super Sache sei, aber eben: Einen Mundschutz erhält man nie. Ist eine Zumutung, dass die Leute so betrügen. Weil erstens ist mein Geld weg für nichts, und zweitens wartet mein Sohn immer noch auf seinen dringend benötigten Mundschutz. Schlimm! Also... (read more)

After receiving a good product a year ago, I bought a second one this year. Received a unacceptably damaged product. Seller doesn't respond to (my many) e-mails, has no (working) phone number. I complained at 2checkout, the financial transactor, but they refuse to help (although they received multiple complaints about the seller). Read may bad reviews on the internet. Tip: Don't buy here. I ordered and received my mould, sent it off and have received nothing since. It is 3 months since i placed my order. They havent replied to any emails or letters. These people are theives, not sure how they still get away with it, having read this site they have been steeling circa £40 off people for at least 2 years. (read more)

This is a bogus site..... I sent off after seeing a review that was on the Times On-line..... got my kit, paid my money..... 10 weeks later still no mouth guard has arrived. If you go onto their Facebook page you will see that people ordered from them over a year ago . I wish i knew who to contact to get this site taken down so that they can't con any more innocent victims ! (read more)

I ordered my kit at the beginning of August 2012, the kit arrived very quickly which I used and returned within days. I paid via the link on the site to a company called 2CO and stupidly I ordered 2 guards. I have now emailed Gaurdkit many times in both English and Dutch) but have never received a response. I also contacted 2CO to try and do something about a refund, they did reply gave me the phone number for GuardKit - which doesn't work either! I went back to 2CO and all they say is that... I ordered end of July. I wrote them several mails and never got a reply. Badly i paid with Visa and i didn't find jet a way to get my money back. I read that many customer got their mouthguard after more then 10 weeks. Maybe it works for me too. Anyway i would never suggest them no matter how good and cheap the mouthguards are. Like I said, I bought my 55€. I received the kit for the print. I sent it end of August. It is beginning of october and I am still waiting. I don't recommend this site. I have sent them emails and they never answer to me. Don't go there find another site for your mouthguard. Emmanuel (read more)

Found this site online but foolishly didnt read reviews first... ordered and paid for my mouthguard via PayPal 3 weeks ago and havent even had the moulds through yet, so god knows how long the actual mouthguard will take! Have emailed them twice... but get no reply. Have now threatened informing the Police that they are an illegitimate company and have committed an act of fraud, so will see if that works! I wish I'd of just gone to my dentist and paid the extra - least I'd have something... (read more)

Ordered the mouthguard in december, currently don't receive anything, but the payment has been made and they had the money few weeks ago. Received the mould quickly, sent it back 1 day after and now i Had nothing Sent mails and mails and no anwser and they have no phone numer So i don't recommand it ... maybe i will receive it one day ! I have made a payment last week, A note poped up saying i will have the product in 3 days to take the mould, Its only 1 week on but nothing has arrived and no one bothers to respond to emails, But looking on sites like this everyone seems to have the same experiance, Long waits but eventualy getting their product,

Ordered it around 25th July and received the moulding kit within a few days, sent it off and then found this site and realised what a bad decision I had made, I gave it a few weeks as they said it could take up to six. I raised a claim with paypal and quoted the reviews here expecting to never receive it and it be issued a refund. I just got in from work and here it is sitting in the porch. I wrote the review below dated Feb 28th 2011, and to my surprise I received the mouthguard today, over 11 weeks after I paid for it. A note came with it which said "There appears to have been a problem with your order, so here is another mouthguard". This is after I requested a refund several weeks ago through the 3rd party company I paid through. Again, same thing. When it took a while for the impression kit to arrive I sent them an email which they did reply to. But now six weeks after paying I still haven't received the damn thing and am now taking steps to get my £36 back. Really angry, I wish I'd read these reviews beforehand. (read more)

Same story here - paid my money, got the impression kit, made the impression and sent back, never received my mouthguard.
I have tried emailing them - surprise surprise no reply. Since I paid them through Penpal I have now complained to Penpal.
Anyone got any ideas what else we can do?

I wish I had read this site first as I certainly would not have made an order to this company (!) Avoid unless you wish to part with your cash and receive nothing in return... Ordered 2 kits, sent them back and received another saying one of the originals was unsuitable. Heard nothing since sending back the second kit.
Can't help but think this is a scan after 6 weeks or more with no replies to many emails, but why do they bother sending out the kits - to pacify PayPal/credit card companies or something?

Same problem as others. Paid and got mould sent through twice (said original mound done was not good enough) but no mouth guard and no reply to various emails. Do not use! Wouldnt give them any star rating but one star was the lowest possible. If this is just a scam I don't follow why they bother sending out the mould or in our case two moulds. With the postage from Holland this just reduces their "profit" surely? (read more)

This company is nothing but a front to con international buyers out of their money. Wish I had come across these reviews before and stuck with Opro. Received the mould kit within days. I have never received the guard, never received a response from my e-mails and no telephone numbers to contact them. Have tried calling them and still nothing, no answer. Times Online article is over 2 years old and they have said that they wouldn't now rate them.... Custom made with a home impression kit. If the impression is not good, i guess the mouthguard will not be good. There are so many options about size and thickness that you cant really go wrong. You do the impression at home so no dental vision and every mouth guard is, as the name suggest, custom made. These are some of the best you can find, and easily ordered on the internet. Finding the Guardkit Custom made mouth guard was brilliant! (read more)

I am in the same state I ordered elite mouth guard on the 20th October 2012, got the kit to make the impression and returned that on the 29th October 2012 (this part of the service was very quick and I was impressed) I have now heard nothing since.
I have sent emails to both email addresses on the web site but to no avail. I cannot believe the time I have had to wait; please can anyone tell me if they have received any recently as this was a lot of money they have already taken from my bank account.
