Good Points: Punchy refined engine, slick gear box, elec' win'X4 elec' mir' air/con, exellent sterio, decent boot, fold flat seats, £35 tax, cheap ins', 50mpg, nippy in town, refined on motorway, and a spare wheel, which is rare on small cars. plus alloys and discs all round, that has to be value for money.
Bad Points: Road and wind noise at speed, some hard cheap plastics especialy on door panels. confusing mirrows, wing mirrows make things close, interior one makes them look distant, poor remote fob, you only have to look at it and the doors unlock, make sure you don't put in your pocket until you are a100yds away, back seats are firmer than front but not too bad.
General comments: I have a Hyundai i10 comfort with the 1.2 engine it;s brilliant, it will cruise along all day at 80 at just over 3k revs, the engine is very quiet , road noise depends on surface, but it can be noisy, there is quite a bit of wind noise at speed but the wonderfull radio blocks all that out. I can't understand why people have bought the 1.1 version. The more powerfull and refined 1.2 is only £200 more. i read that some owners find the ride hard, i don't understand that, mine is supple, the car feels bigger than it is and remained comfortable after a 70 mile run. just clocked 2k the only fault yet is an intermitant rattle from rear, just started yesterday. think it's the seat belt pivot , out of reach! dam it, checked every thing else can't find anything loose, apart from that it's exellent especialy for the money.
