Took my money day 1 now 4 weeks later no order. Complained say another 2 weeks. NOT PREPARED TO FINANCE THEIR BUSINESS SEEMS OVER 1 month for every order. My last order did the same. Recently i ordered a few bits from demon tweeks online, all items were apparently in stock and i paid in full using standard delivery thinking its a month until i need the stuff so i can wait. Nearly a month after ordering (today) i gave them a ring to track down where my order is. The first part of the conversation went something like: Guy- Demon tweeks, whats your customer reference. “terrible service”

Place an order over the telephone to receive an email 5 minutes later with the wrong item on the invoice, so called them back again to correct it and was assured that the correct one was now listed on the amended invoice. The item in question was however out of stock and would be approximately 10 days late. 3 weeks later the correct invoice turned up with the wrong product which the admitted was the wrong one over the phone but no longer stocked the item....cheers. I paid for my item on the first day in June, one month later I contacted them, sorry sir lead time is two weeks on that item! Contacted them after the expected delivery date had passed again, was told sorry sir not arrived in stock yet, will be another month, that is nearly 3 months they have had my money and I have not received any goods! Being the dedicated girlfriend that I am to my partner's racing habits I bought him some more race boots for this birthday, the red and black Alpinestar Tech 1-T boots. I ordered the boots 2 weeks before we were set to go away for his birthday weekend of racing. I spent roughly £200 on him and paid for express delivery so I would have the boots in good time before we went away. Tried to order a remote battery cut out unit from Demon Tweeks only to be told "they are all remote" ok I said I will look it up in your catalog at which point he just hung up. I gave it a few minutes in case he would phone me back as perhaps he had hung up on me by accident but he did not. So I looked up customer service & phoned them up only to be told "non of my colleagues would do that,now what do you want" never so much as said a sorry about that. “Cheeky Staff Not Helpful”

Rang up to find a new clutch, man on the phone was very cheeky and basically tol me where to go unless i had a "competition" clutch fitted for racing, i asked for a price and he didnt even check just gave me an overpriced comaparison from a car he did earlier. Not heard good things from Demon tweeks few mates said, rude staff, unhelpful and useless. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN. (read more)

order two motor bike tyres waited weeks for them was told they would ring me!never did i rang them, traveled 35 miles at 800 am to get them fitted only find out they have order two front tyres!now waiting another 4-5 weeks wont even give me free fitting!waste time,money and need the tyres so i can move my bike as it is a project bike and moving house!expect alot better from a company of this size and experience very poor!! I live on an island North West coast of Scotland and if i need motorcycle parts i will call Demon Tweeks. The staff are so helpful on the phone especially as the bike i have is old and rareish. They go out on a limb to help you get the parts required. Postage prices are very decent also and parts arrive quickly. I would recommend Demon Tweeks to anyone looking for vehicle parts. (read more)

Demon Tweeks have been around for a long time now and have always been the best place to purchase motorsport equipment from. Their catalogue is huge and everyone I know always seems to have a copy lying around. I used to order products over the phone but their website is now a lot better than their last one and is very easy to use so I have been using this instead recently. I recently order a new Alpinestars race suit and a Bell helmet from the website and both of the products were delivered... (read more)

try Merlin Motorsport in future - they keep better stocks and don't take your money until your order is on it's way. Their delivery service is second to none and very helpful over the phone, i wouldn't use anyone else..
