Hey guys! Just wanted to share my worst experience ever! I have ordered a full yoshi exhaust from Demon-tweeks 7 weeks ago! They are stating that their mainland delivery is within 17 days if the product is not in stock! I have been waiting for more than 7 weeks patiently! O ordered windshield, and because i was told that it's not in stock i have to wait until they order it. I waited over 2 weeks and started wondering whats going on, so i called them. “Waste of time”

I placed an order of items that were supposedly in stock on Friday am . I was repeatedly told that the items were in a secondary warehouse and would be dispatched on Wednesday. Thursday comes and no items have been sent . the best part of the whole experience was the guy who cancelled my order . Items were listed as being in stock and would be delivered on Tue. Took time off work to take delivery. Delivery didn't arrive. Phoned to find out items were not in stock, delivery would be Friday. “Never a problem”

Ive been using Demon Tweeks for nearly 10 years now and i have never had a problem with there customer service. Returning items is a doddle and the dispatch times are usually very quick. Once i ordered a Willans harness , in the end my car was not going to be ready for the start of the race season so i didnt want the belts because of wasted time on the FIA stamp. “APPALLING Across the board!”

I bought an item from Demon Tweaks, after nearly a week it still hadn't arrived, so emailed them, to be told it hadn't been sent yet because it had been "forgotten". Ordered a DC backpack, it arrived and was the wrong item, rang customer service and explained the website was wrong. Paid to return the bag and they did refund the postal price. They then sent out the exact same bag in my packaging. Rang again and they said they would send the correct item even though it was more expensive than advertised on website. I ordered a pair of tyres online for a 2-3 day delivery, when these didn't show i phoned customer services to ask when i would get them. I was told there was a 'supply issue' and i wouldn't be getting them as soon as promised. I was transferred to the tyre dept who could recommend some alternative tyres. Bought some shorts, sent the wrong ones, trip to the post office to return, got my money back as the reason why they sent out the wrong ones is because they didnt have the right ones on stock. 2nd purchase (they tricked me it was an ebay purchase) item came, was damaged, they offered me a discount i decline (was too small) sent back and now awaiting a replacement. “Suspect offloading seconds”

Consistently sends out secound-rate items that you would not purchase on viewing in a shop. The goods might not work, the packaging could be soiled or the series purchased may not be the latest version etc. This is becoming more-and-more common with mail order items where it is not possible to see the actual thing until on your doorstep. You may accept the delivery if the part functions and perhaps blame the courier for the sub-standard condition of the contents but this happens just too often… Read Full Review

Place an order over the telephone to receive an email 5 minutes later with the wrong item on the invoice, so called them back again to correct it and was assured that the correct one was now listed on the amended invoice.
