well this is the second time i have used this site, first time i wasnt overly impressed as the product took 6days to arrive, i emailed them after the forth day and they returned with vague information about where the product is and wether it has been posted.
i used the site again a month later beacuse of the really low prices and this time it was brilliant, i ordered the frame sunday night and it came tuesday morning fast!!! the product wasnt damaged and all was fine, very pleased!

Overall, I'm very happy with my bicycle from Cyclestore. It arrived on time (4 working days after my order, delivered by ParcelForce 48), and it was very good value, quite a bit cheaper than any other stockists.

However, quite a minor complaint is the fact that it doesn't come assembled, even though the website stated it would be "assembled and ready to go". There were also NO instructions on how to assemble the bike. How helpful is that?

Quick delivery, good prices from cycle store. Glasses arrived quickly well, packed and i was emailed to confirm the order had been posted.

I placed my order with cycele store, then it was well over a week & I still did not receive it. I contacted the shop to see what the hold up was when I was informed that they was out of stock of the item that I placed an order with. However I called them back that very same day to inquire to see if they had in stack the item that I had ordered originally & I was told by somebody else who answered the phone that they had them in stock. Found Cycle Store site uselful but after speaking to the sales assistant I felt like I knew enough to work in a bike shop myself. Very Friendly, fast and goods prices, the salesman was so friendly I spent too much money there (so possibly a bad point, ha)

Cycle Store didn't tell me when I placed an order that the item was out of stock. Even when it did come into stock eventually it seemed to take forever to arrive once dispatched. I've spent two weeks waiting for a small order that I expected(and needed) within a couple of days

I have had this trouble before with them but gave them the benefit of the doubt. But it just keeps happening

Because one of the the items developed a fault shortly after receipt I tried calling their web support line, but as mentioned by a previous reviewer, the line was constantly engaged or rang out with no-one picking up whenever I tried. I tried at various times for four days, with my finger on redial for a good 15-20 minutes on each occasion. I finally gave up and emailed them, which took another 48 hrs to respond to. The problem is still not resolved and I am extremely frustrated.

It seems I have been subjected to the flip side of Cyclestore.co.uk as their service has been at direct opposite to the two previous reviews posted. I placed an order for a couple of Armadillo tyres. Although the delivery was fairly swift the items turned out to be incorrect as they were the standard and not Armadillo type of tyres. Anyone with a modicum of cycling knowledge would know the difference between the two is quite evident. I contacted cyclestore by email who gave me a vague reply ...
