    Very bad customer service from sports direct, substituted product for another as didn't have the stock and wouldn't collect and refund.

    Ordered a pair of walking sandals at 8pm, i needed them quick so paid for next day delivery. on the site, it says any order past 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. but my shoes were dispatched 2 hours after i placed the order at 10pm. and then arrived at 10am the following day. very well packaged for shoes and am so far happy with quality of product. though they are karrimor so expect nothing less.
    Sports Direct is a very good site.
