They shipped a defective trolley and it took four weeks to get it picked up by them. Further four weeks later I still haven't received the refund of 149 pounds. I have sent at least 20 emails and I didn't get an answer on most of them. Please be aware. (read more)

Purchased two pairs of FOOTJOY shoes.Both split on the sole after only a few weeks use.sent them back to ONLINE GOLF 2/5/2013 and still have not received the £300 refund.Have contacted customer services 6 times and been fobbed off so far.This time there were no managers to speak to / at first in a meeting then on holiday and would ring back sometime the next week. Suffice to say it too nearly 3 weeks to get a refund from them after they delivered a set of clubs I didn't order (i.e. wrong item, not me changing my mind). They actually didn't have the clubs I ordered in stock. Emails went into the customer service black hole, phone calls were greeted with little in the way of service and many broken promises. Not one apology for mucking me about, treated as if I was an inconvenience. I can only recommend you avoid at all costs. (read more)

“Multi Buy offer is difficult to get”

Shopped for trousers on the site as they were offering a 3 for 2 deal on Ralph Lauren trousers. The site only shows 1 pair of the required trousers in stock all the time to stop the customer ordering 3 pairs of the same. They should be reported to the OFT for this practice as it is not the first time they have done this. (read more)

I have ordered twice from this company. First time was OK. A bit slow on the delivery, but got a good price. Second time was a nightmare. The order got cancelled because of a "mistake in the warehouse", and the money I paid with VISA got held ransom for 10 days before they bounced back into the account. onlinegolf.co.uk asked me to "place the order again", but that is not very appealing when the stuff I ordered in the first place were either out of stock or had become more expensive. I specifically wanted to order a ladies Taylormade superfast 3 wood for my wife. Their pictures on the website clearly show this. However, they sent me a 5 wood, which they say I was actually ordering. Going back to the page it's true that there is a small '5' near to the picture that I should have spotted. I ordered a product which was supposedly in stock. Delivery was quoted at 2-5 days and order was sitting in pending for the entire time (Apparently you pay for the staff to get off their ass to pick the item not for the delivery itself). I send a mail asking where it was and I just get a response "Don't worry sir we guarantee it in 5 days" but it was still in pending. I cancelled the order.. absoluteley the poorest customer services on the entire web ordered club at advertised price £134.99 turns out they were puting it up that day but promised they would give me one at £134.99 after authorising £149.99 from my bank account ie the new price i looked on the site three days later and the order was on hold, phoned them up and was told they didnt know if they had the club in stock or not(and they are still advertising them)i think they were not happy at selling me the club at the... Very rarely write reviews but having tried other companies recently I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending onlinegolf.co.uk; Used them a couple of years ago and happy, recently made 3 orders, excellent info / update of orders sent and very happy with 2 orders sent next working day (given info from the very start until delivery and given 1 hour delivery slot on the day - perfect!) although only requested 2-5 saver delivery. Having had problems with other websites showing products in stock then being let down with the item out of stock followed by delays this website is a breath of fresh air. Stock is updated regularly and shows how many there are available. It clearly shows whether an item is out of stock.
I paid a bit extra for next day delivery which arrived on time with a tracking service. Will definately use again for peace of mind.
