    Ordered a chair on a 48hr delivery.
    Arranged a day off work to wait for it.
    Phoned up on the morning of the delivery to confirm it was coming.
    Had not arrived by 4.55pm.
    Phoned again, to be told that the item was delayed until the following week.
    Despite having my mobile number, nobody had phoned me to tell me this.
