    I bought a chair from Cheap office furniture and it broke...but then they replaced it with a brand new one and their customer service was great...so well done cheap office furniture...I am very happy with my new chair..thanks..

    I purchased a desk from Cheap Office Furniture. It was great quality and arrived in 3 working days, which was great. I ordered my desk over the telephone, which was very easy and quick. Also, the staff were very friendly and were happy to help me with my questions. The desk is great and i will definitely be going back for more office furniture. Also, my order was fantastic value for money.

    Cheap Office Furniture - The easiest of all the web sites found on google.to use. Customer service helped me pick a chair that would help me if my back problem. they sent out colour samples for the desk to ensure the colour was the same as a filing cabinet I have already. Delivery was 1 day early but the dleivery man called to check iw as in. Will not look any hwere else when I am looking to buy new items of office furniture.

    Excellent very impressed with Cheap Office Furniture was upgraded free of charge because a manufacture went bust..... The girl I dealt with was very helpful and kept me informed at all times to what was happening. Yes I did have to change chair but at least they told the truth at the beginning.

    I bought a whole lot of new home office furniture from Cheap Office Furniture 7 Days ago. I was upgraded and also saved money also by doing this...All arrived - no damages and as soon as order was placed I was notified of all information I needed. I am delighted with all communication from them.

    Product quality for price paid more than excellent. Customer service 1st Class. Refund back for the difference in price within 2 Days. All furniture went together OK, all bits there. Really ...

    Don't touch cheap office furniture.Bought chair from them, it was faulty.Took numerous contacts to get get it collected.18 months later, despite postal letter/emails/leaving message on their website I have heard nothing from them.Next letter goes shortly then court action. :(

    Don't boither with cheap office furniture. Been trying to get money back for faulty chair for 18 months now. They took a lot of messing about to get it delivered in first place, getting it returned was equallly farcical.They have been ignoring all communication so fair, posted letter/emails/messages left on website (cheapofficefurniture.co.uk).

    Bought a chair at 5.00pm Tuesday from Cheap Office Furniture and it was delivered by DHL on Thursday at 11.00am. Excellent packaging, all items were individually covered and well protected. The chair was £100 cheaper than an identical chair offered by another supplier mentioned on this review site. The chair was first class quality for the price range and I would recommend this company without hesitation based upon my current dealings with them. I was a bit concerned given earlier reviews ...

    I ordered the Seattle desk from Cheap Office Furniture and received confirmation immediately. got several emails regarding expected delivery. item arrived before the end date for delivery and under arrangement wih me by carrier. packaged really well. Flat pack with hundreds of large and small pieces and everything went together perfectly. I am delighted with the item, the service and the communication and will certainly use again and recommend to others.

    Desk was broken when it arrived, tried contacting them and they did not seem interested in helping whatsoever. They appeared to suggest that it was my fault and I was given a number of excuses. I found this very annoying when I have paid for a desk which is faulty and asked for a replacement over 6 months ago and I am still waiting. I will never use them again.

    From the date of order, I had all my office furniture delivered with in 72 hours. They dealt with my order, which was sightly awkward due to the sizes of office desks I required, very well, and the customer service was the best that I would give cheap office furniture any other orders for office furniture I will require in the future.

    Having bought a chair I found it to be defective and informed COF within 24 hours. I asked for a refund rather than a replacement and was told I would have to pay £25 to send the chair back. When I queried this I was told someone would call me. Nobody did. Subsequent emails haven't been replied to yet. When I relented it then took over 4 weeks and 3 phone calls to get a refund.

    Safe shopping online Logo, Geotrust doesn't look the same as on Geotrust site. Can't click on it to reveal details of company.
    Were quick to respond to my email enquiring about office chairs.
    They did offer me a refund but after two failed attempts delivering my chair I declined. Did not refund when I asked them to.

    A fabulously comfortable chair with looks to match. Lovely quality leather and just the right amount of padding.
    Great service from the company and great price.

    No Customer Service callback. No communication. Faulty Chair.
    My Chair has still not arrived & it has been over 4 months now. No good points. I still yet to receive my refund! Trading Standards are being assigned.
