    Thank you for your excellent service the goods were delivered before 9.30am on the next day and seemed to be in very good condition sorry we are a little late replying but we were on holiday straight after delivery many thanks i will definatley buy from you in the future and recommend you to others

    I wanted to thank everybody that has made a review about 1staudiovisual as I found it very useful when it came to deciding who to use to make a large purchase of an LCD TV, Surround Sound and a DVD player. Its not often I spend so much money in one go and its not often that I am slightly put off using a company because they are so cheap! I really thought that the price was too good to be true having compared other options on the net and only really went ahead and made the purchase due to reading ...

    I have safely received and installed my new BluRay recorder. Everything is fine. Can I compliment you on your excellent and speedy service and also for keepiong me informed every step of the way right down to time of delivery. Well done and thanks.

    I bought the Panasonic DMPBD35 from 1staudiovisual and was really very happy with the price to start off with as it was the cheapest I could find and I was even more happy the following day when after a little more deliberation I decided to go ahead and buy it to find a further 30 quid had been knocked off the price.     I have made many transactions with companies over the internet and 1st Audio Visual has to be one of the best. The price was remarkable and unbeatable, the product was in stock (not something that can be said for a lot of compaines despite their sites saying so) and the delivery was excellent!     This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a TV & Stand, got email to advise would be delivered following day, only stand arrived, contacted them and told TV would arrive following day, it did, it was quite badly damaged, reported it immediately and sent photos of damage, rang to arrange for faulty TV to be collected, told had to complete form on internet, this was done, took a week to collect, then advised after being advised I would be sent a replacement that I would ...

    Panasonic DVD/Recorder arrived today (Friday). Engineer has fitted it and I am very pleased with it, thank you for help and speedy service. I will certainly recommend 1st Audio Visual to my friends I will buy from you again.

    Many thanks to 1st Audio Visual for their swift efficient service. You imagine that with a lower cost there may be problems. This certainly wasn't the case with this company, 1st Class security and service. Well done :)

    Just had to tell you how impressed I am with 1st audiovisual ! They were the cheapest i had found for my sony blu ray player and I was kept informed from the moment I placed the order to the product being delivered. (Even my mistake with the postcode didn't slow you down !! )
    I have already recommended them to some friends and will definitely use you again in the future. Once again thanks !!!

    From start to finish 1st Audio Visual kept me informed of the progress of the order. The TV was delivered when they said it would be and there was absolutely no issues with this order. It can be daunting ordering off the internet but this was a positive experience.I have already recommended this company to friends and I would to anybody who asked
