Good Points: 9-20 were professional, organised and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to work with.
Bad Points: none
General comments: The reviewer who sent in a poor review below seems to have missed the point of recruitment consultancies. I was a candidate for 9-20 recently and found them to be excellent in every way. I didn't actually get the job, but still felt it worth writing a review of 9-20.

I was very pleased with the overall experience of working with 9-20 and would have no hesitation in working with them or recommending them to any other IT candidates I know. The particular recruiter I dealt with was upfront and honest at all times, providing as much information and feedback as she could at every opportunity, and kept in regular contact even when there was no real news to be provided, which I feel is particularly important when dealing with agencies.
