    Avoid!

    Dreadful customer service. High postage cost and you have to foot the bill for return postage too. Order codes don't work either.
    Be sure to pay the amount you owe in full and promptly, if you choose to spread payments the interest rate is 48%!! and they are mighty quick to add on a late payment charge
    Not worth the hassle!

    Excellent site would recommend it to my friends.Did what I wanted, what can i say couldn't of had my daughters birthday without Studio!!!!!
    I have recently bought a wii fit board for my daughters birthday. It came on time and it was an excellent price. I was also happy that it was in stock as most sites/stores are out of stock.

    My wife decided to buy some stuff from the Studio catalogue, including some personalised children's chairs, which were discounted by 75% in the catalogue.

    She ordered by post, signed nothing, gave no personal details other than name and address, and then last week she received a statement informing her that payment was due by 30th October, payment by credit card incurred a 1.5% handling charge, and failure to pay would result in interest charged at 29.5%.

    They are refusing to take her card ...
