When I purchased the paint wizard it was to help cut time decorating, however, as we bought good quality emulsion it was advised to water this down to use in the PW. This defeats the purpose of the PW as I would have to give the walls 2 coats with the PW and using my old roller only 1 coat. When I called to relay the above to Pitchwell I did not get a response to 4 emails and 5 telephone calls, being advised at the time someone would get back within 24 hours, as does the website state. However, my final call resulted in my being advised that Pitchwell went into liquidation and they have no idea why I was not informed of this. I explained that they are still advertising on TV and I was told that the name has changed to Pitchworld. Even although it is the same site, which they purchased, and the same number as I appear to have been a customer of Pitchwell and not Pitchworld they did not answer my emails or return calls. When I asked why and tried to explain what has actually happened the manager "David" said that I could not explain followed by "Goodbye". I will never purchase anything from PITCHWORLD again and this simply down to the customer service which is the worst I have ever came across. Mrs T McEwan

1st eazy double bed sent back as there was fault so tried a replacement then 2nd bed faulty, been waiting over 6 weeks for a call back. no call back, then called customer services lots of times number out of service and even email not being answered, so now left with a bed thats no good and no refund. does anyone out there know whats happening with Pitchwell tv, or has jml direct taken them over.!!!!

Received my goods with parts missing rang several times always some excuse 1st forgot about my call 2nd remembered my name and would immediately sort it out,3rd having problems with warehouse,4th apologised and would investigate immediately 5th had my telephone number wrong (but my address correct but still no delivery )6th computer down and could not get my details up 7th telephone number now out of service.And finally could not even complain by e-mail as now computer service not working.

i ordered an airbed,it arrived on time and then it developed a fault,so i returned it after 2 months.Weeks passed and a promised replacement bed never arrived,so i called pitchwell and was told they were waiting for me to call as they didn't have my address (although all my details were given online.)It is now august 19 and when i tried to contact Pitchwell their phone lines are out of service and a notice on their website says that the store is closed temporarily for routine maintenance for 24 ...

Still waiting for my Pitchwell order after 4 weeks! Managed to get through to customer services several times last week to be told that their computers are down. Now there number is unavailable.... They do not reply to e-mails but are quick enough to take your money. Would not recommend and would definately not use again.

The general idea of the window cleaner is good BUT how would I know if it works as I have recieved a broken one and have been unable to return the product for replacement or to get my money back as it was claimed that the computor was down a week ago. NOW the telephone is answered with a message saying that this number is no longer in use and not offering an alternative. Has anyone any ideas how to contact them or how to get my money back. I wish I had seen the reviews before I paid my money

Pitchwell - Pitch Online service is Lousy. The bag arrived faulty, the replacement arrived late. I have incurred huge telephone costs in chasing them up. have been promised call-backs that never come. I will never use them again. I am writing an official complaint if I can ever find their registered address.

Customer service is none existent from pitchwell. My order has disappeared into the ether and despite numerous emails and a phone call I have not received any response from them. They have my money and I have no goods. I have asked for a refund, but again have not received a response.

Will not use Pitchwell again, excuses you have to wait upto 14 days for a refund you have to wait for goods to be signed into the warehouse, then you have to wait for an updated record sheet of returned goods to be given to customer services only opened mon - fri.
