I love many of the products on this website, but it has just got too big and now impossible to search for specific items. If for example you were looking for a box and wanted a pink one, putting in the words 'pink box' will bring up every item that is either pink or a box (and many more completely unrelated items that aren't even packed in a box). Add 'small' and you will get absolutely everything described as small. Adding more terms should narrow the search, not bring up thousands more items. Other sites manage this fairly well - it is possible! Also, so many items from ebay (bought from China and Hong Kong) and re-sold at huge mark-ups. The site needs to check more carefully before accepting more sellers, remove ebay re-sales and return to it's original 'unique/you can't buy elsewhere'.

My husband purchased a necklace, which he initially thought was sterling silver, as even though it was not described as sterling it was described as silver with no other detail. When the gift arrived I was very pleased as it was personal and thoughtful. However I realised immediately that it was not sterling, but as I loved the necklace it didn't matter. 14 days later after wearing it for approximately 7 days, it has already tarnished, with charms looking tatty and cheap. Really disappointed. Be careful when ordering. Look else where for much better quality costume jewellery which will last a lot longer.

I have used not on the high street before and have bought some lovely gifts . But I have just bought a cuff link box from Sophie Victoria joy and I was extremely disappointed with the service and the quality of product I received. It was a half hearted attempt of roughly sanded box not even finished with a stain or varnish Very over priced and poor quality ! And the seller never replies to any messages sent although I ordered it on the 29 th dec it did not arrive until 17 th jan much later than the confirmation email stated . They made no attempt to contact me or explain the delay yet managed to take the money out of my account before dispatch !!! I would not buy from or recommend this seller again !

Recently brought a likes poster print from rosie robins, came up to £45 which for the person I was buying it for is worth but when it arrived it wasn't in a frame which in her picture she has displayed it did.. So £45 for some writting and no frame- miffed off! Got a frame for £8 anyway but not the point.. For that price I would expect atleast a frame! Pretty product, very well done.. just maybe not worth it! Would reccomend but would advise you read fine print or look elsewhere first!!
