“Taking money out from my credit card”

Dear All My recent credit card bill was showing that I have paid Music Magpie Stockport £ 362.49 and it went over my credit card balance and I had to pay £ 12.00 for over payment as well. Contacted Music Magpie team , very unhelpful . They wanted my full details to investigate including my address. As it's already an issue on my card with them so, I was reluctant to give the details . “SENT WRONG CD”

ORDERED 2 CD'S. THEY DELIVERED ONE CORRECT AND ONE WAS INCORRECT (RANDOM). RANG TO SORT OUT. WAS TOLD WAS PROBABLY A GLITCH IN THEIR SYSTEM. THEY WOULD EMAIL A RETURN LABEL WHICH THEY DID. “Ruined my phone”

When I sent my Samsung Galaxy Alpha off to them it fit the criteria (if not in better condition) of 'Good'. They offered £50.60. Then when it got there they offered me £7.40 due to the home button not working which was absolutely 100% working when I sent it off. Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced, lazy,rude and deceitful. This relates to among other things fraudulent activity on my bank account that happened after i raised some points with them and asked for clarification. offer significantly less than rivals on many products. on products you think they will take they respond "not as you described" and offer even less on products that are in good condition when you are in no position to argue. they halved my offer. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 6, which broke within 2 days. After a slow response from customer service, i had a replacement within 10 days (after sending many tweets and emails to try and speed things up). I recently purchased an iPhone on musicMagpie on Friday. Paid for express delivery. Saturday received an email saying my order had been dispatched and given a tracking number. The tracking number was not found on Royal Mail system. Every time you phone musicMagpie you wait 15 minutes to speak to someone. Generally I thought my latest experience was okay with MusicMagpie. I haven't used them for over a year or so but was pleased with the improvements made to the user interface when inputting barcodes etc.That said. I found it a little buggy. I appreciate it takes time to lookup the item details when the barcode is entered but more than once I found myself having to refresh the page or renter details to get items to register and save. I sent my first parcel and received my cheque very promptly. I sent my 2nd and 3rd parcels together. I have received a cheque for one parcel but not the other. Despite numerous emails and a phone call musicMagpie seem incapable of sorting it out. I have resigned myself to having given the CD's away. I will try one more phone call. On the plus side; website easy to use and quick payment once goods received On the minus side, very low prices paid for DVD's (4 of which were still in their original cellophane wrapping but nowhere on website to add this detail). Okay if you want to de-clutter, but the Terms & Conditions are weighted in their favour. No real feedback regarding 'rejected' items which leaves you feeling a little tricked. They also keep rejected items (CDs etc) so you never know if what they say is correct!!! If you have the time and patience I'd suggest Amazon or E-bay. As I've said, okay if you want a de-clutter of CDs etc. but you have no real comeback on things they reject due to T&Cs being against you - and given the low prices… Read Full Review
