I ordered Only Fools and Horses complete series 1-7, the website said that it was 'usually dispatched within 24 hours', i read a notice that Zavvi posted on their site saying that orders were delayed due to the high volume of orders that they recieved during their sale, so i waited. 2 weeks later i contacted Zavvi using their online enquiry form asking where my order was, 2 days later, i recieved an email saying that there was a problem with their ordering system and my order had not even been recieved, despite the order status saying 'processing'. Zavvi cancelled the order and said that they could not put the order through again. I will never order from there again and i would advise potential customers not to either.Absolutely shocking!!Don't be fooled by the cheap prices and stick with the established online stores such as Play.com and Amazon.I only put 'still waiting' on the delivery because there is not an option for 'order not recieved and cancelled without first consulting me'.

So I went and ordered a Wii Fit from zavvi.co.uk - their website said it's in stock. Right after I placed my order the availability notice went to "Currently unavailable"."Great!" I thought, "I must be really lucky to have ordered the very last one they had in stock!". After all, my order status was on "Processing" right after I placed the order - which must surely mean they are walking to the shelf in the warehouse to pick and ship my item as we speak!So I wait. And I wait. Time passes. I wait ...

Item not received two weeks after placing order, says 24 hours on website. Only contact is by enquiry form and which I received an automated email which says they will contact me within 48 hours but they haven't as of yet.

Zavvi's unfavourable refund policyWe bought over 100 pounds worth of goods from Zavvi and wanted to return 4 DVD's as they were meant as gifts but they were duplicates.
