I recently upgraded to a premium membership so that I could submit a Help ticket. Some of my earlier images were no longer displaying, and I could not figure out why on my own. Ten days after submitting the $60 payment and Help request, I get nothing. I mean absolutely nothing! Very disappointed!!

Read the reviews. I had uploaded a lot of photo content, paid for the premium service and recommended the site to friends. My cousin could not upload video, and I had the same experience. I then locked out my password and when I tried to reset it, I learned that the site no longer recognized my user name. I then tried to find a customer service phone number, which does not exist. You can however create a problem ticket, however you must first log in, which I am unable to do at this point. Jim

I signed up for a paid account, it wasn't any good and have been trying for over two years to cancel. My bank are fining them increasing amounts of money but they still take my money every month!

I was looking for a secure location to store classroom videos. I thought I'd found the perfect solution. Naturally, I wanted to try it out before I purchased a subscription. Maybe it's only the free version that doesn't work very well. At any rate, I was unable to download videos, either through the website or their "DropBox." The latest version of their DropBox program wouldn't download on my computer at all. So, I downloaded an older version. It's supposed to be an intuitive thing where you drag and drop your photos and videos. Nothing worked-- not photos OR videos would drag to their storage. Also, unless you are a premium member, you cannot submit feedback to the company. I wasn't about to become a premium member when their free membership couldn't provide me with any of their offered services... I do not trust that their paid membership would be any better.

I have several Dropshots sites for various groups I run and my family. The site works very well, is easy to navigate and up load to. It is good to be able to link with other dropshot sites. I upgraded and pay for two of my sites as I wanted a higher capacity of photos and videos. Unfortunately with my family site, something went wrong while I was changing my personal settings and I can now no longer access those settings, so I can't upload anything, neither can I cancel the site or the direct debit. I have tried every possible way I can think of to contact Dropshots customer services, from the 'Premium ticket' from one of my other sites, to finding the managing directors e-mail on the net, to try and get my problem sorted or to cancel my account, but on one has EVER got back to me, and this is after trying off and on for months. I am very annoyed and frustrated with them The site is great, but stick to the free sites, don't pay any money, if something goes wrong, you are stumped!!

dropshots.com holds unlimited amount of video and photos and displays based on day you took them. "Dropping" the photos and videos on to your webpage is very easy, as long as you download their dropbox. Install was quick and painless. Invite anyone to view with or without a passcode, if you want to protect your images from the general public. Very happy with the service. You can't beat the unlimited photos and video uploads for only $4.95 a month.

I have found contacting the BBB will get them to help resolve any issue you are having.
