Okay here's the deal, when Adobe flash player sent me their upgrade version of course I said let errr rip! Once the install was completed I started to notice sound issues with purchased ITunes music and the most FRIGHTENING of all that I had no sound to the over 35 of my saved smile box creations. O.M.G! Smile box is a good application and it requires a lot more attention for the wonderful features it has. It surely made me smile to just drop me photos and videos modify with its simple to use application and create wonderful online greetings. Thank you for helping me to post a special card for my friend to Facebook. It was very frustrating trying to do it, as I was posting before the new rules came into effect. So a huge thank you for your help. I would love to see Smile box have the option of adding more songs to a slideshow. I made a 40th slideshow for my daughter and had over 300 slides, however, it was pretty boring listening to the same 3 songs over & over. Smilebox is a unique way to display and send photographs. I've been happy with the product and, when I had a problem with the yearly charge, customer service removed the charge for me. I was very interested in smilebox when I first viewed the sight. I did participate with the trial period but then I was charged a monthly charge that I did not agree to. I have contacted the company on two different occasions and they have not removed or refunded any of the charges. I am disappointed when a business is not openly transparent about additional charges to their customers. A quality product does not need to "trick" their customers into purchasing their product.

I have been a Smilebox fan for several years now. Recently, I signed in to smilebox under a non-registered email account (I have several email addresses, as I sure many do) but I went one step further and purchased another one year membership (My own mistake). Smilebox staff were very helpful in that they found all of my account details even though I had given them a slightly incorrect email address. I really like the ticket system that keeps you up to date with your issue/problem. ( I particulary like that you can reply through your normal email and not have to go to a support page independantly.) We now offer premium designs that do require you to subscribe to send them.
If you don't want a Smilebox subscription, choose a design from our design catalog that doesn't say premium design.

I must add to this , the support I have always received has been first class & speedy . Lately like a lot of folk there was a music issue .
Panic set in , I use my Smilebox a lot & therefore couldn't send any out that was incomplete. I realize now that it was an Adobe flash problem . But all the way through until was fixed I had contact & help from you .
Smilebox is such a pleasure to use & so much better than sticking photos in an album . You can capsulate events & share with your friends & family . I love to search to ifnd the right item to use & then adding the music is another pleasure. People say how hard it would be to do >>> I tell them if I can do it at 82 they can certainly make one.
Some I manage to add a video along with the photos , it adds to the pleasure. Only thing there is I have to try to work out if they are not too big to be accepted.
Anyway I just wanted to thank you so much for all the help . I want to make one now of ' Man in Space' What a wonderful this one will be.
