    Booked once with The Cruise Store and never again. Costumer service quite slow but OK as long as you are interested in booking with them and thinking about spending your money on them - but don't expect any service at all as soon as you have booked. They'll just let you down, constantly ignoring your requests, no responses, even not correcting mistakes they have made at the time of booking. Conclusion: Book somewhere else if costumer service is important to you!

    If you are thinking of booking through the cruise store the staff can be brilliant! Nothing is too much trouble and the discount I got was a least £200 better than any other agent online. I've booked several cruises through the cruise store. Great discounts and very helpful staff.
