1ST TIME THERE WAS NO ANSWER AT THE NO DIALED AND IT COST ME 9P 2ND ATTEMPT WAS A SUCCESS

Very straight forward top up and use. Rates are very reasonable. Can add more numbers to which the credits can be used, so very handy if you need to share out your credits. Would be great for me if the credit period was more then 90days, I think 6 months would be better, since I am an occasional caller, and with the rates this low for my country, I might end up wasting some credit.

Only a couple of problems with getting started on this service. Its not clear that you will receive the PIN number later and not immediately. Also, it wasnt entirely clear which networks you could use this systemn with.

I found it so easy to purchase and use this service, I genuinely would recommend it to a friend! I have spent a maximum of £5 and have over 900 minutes, and yet last year when I had to make the same calls, it cost me over £70 on my contract!

Like the fact that you can do pinless dialing to an 020 number. And that you can use paypal to recharge. The rates have gone up which is disappointing. Also automatic recharge does not work well.

Ive only recently found out about the DialToSave - via the google search engine. I topped up £5 and rung abroad (landline, Slovak Republic). i was told that I have 380minutes and to my surprise - I did actually get all of them. Now I have saved the DialToSave phone number into my mobile and told about it to few of my friends. The quality of connection is good, I have not experienced any phone call cuts etc. So.. all in all... Im really pleased. I have already told my friends about it.

I use dial to save to call Finnish mobile numbers from a Uk mobile. The rate is much cheaper than the one my mobile operator gives. However, I still find it expensive to make these calls and I hope I will find another company which gives a better rate than dial to save. I manage to top up my dial to save alright although I don't really like the design of the webpage. I always go to the home page and try to look for something like 'top up your account' or 'your account'. After some time, I realize that it's 'choose a country' that I have to click. I think 'top up your account' should come first, and then the website would ask to choose a country you want to call Otherwise i'm satisfied with dial to save

Calls to land line are cheap but to mobails could be better, bit annoying that I can not use my numbers from the contact list but have to enter it separately.

whenever i need to call , it a very reliable service ; always working , never faulty; whether it used with my mobile or my landline it just amazing; it there always reliable; however i need to call ofter MAdagascar as my friends and family live there; i need to speak to them on a regular basis , and 46P / min is expensive; i can not speak for hours; i use the service for basic communication for madagascar and i then switch to skype for long conversation; if you could a little decrease your prices for madagascar that would be amazing; well done for the service always working
