I have been using this service for a year now and I am very happy with it and have had no problems with it. My main concerns are value for money and clarity of the connection between myself in London and my family & friends in the Republic of Ireland, while I am on my mobile phone to them. Hello. I used dialtosave to ring Saudi Arabia a number of times. The call quality is good and there is problems with connecting to calls abroad. Calling Saudi is expensive with any company. So I think the prices are similiar to other companies. However, I do think the connection charge might be a bit high. You can use your own mobile or landline number to ring abroad, which is handy. Ok This is perfect for me as I have to make many calls to South America. It would be even better if I could get the same benefits when overseas ringing UK numbers as that costs me a small fortune. (That's providing you can find a cabinas close by and it isn't in the middle of the night.) On the down side I did have a spell while I was overseas and my credit lapsed. Not a lot of money but I couldn't understand why it went. No doubt in the T&C which I obviously forgot to read. (read more)

Ive only recently found out about the DialToSave - via the google search engine. I topped up £5 and rung abroad (landline, Slovak Republic). i was told that I have 380minutes and to my surprise - I did actually get all of them. Now I have saved the DialToSave phone number into my mobile and told about it to few of my friends. Reliable and affordable, credit always comes straight away. You can use your pay pal account which makes it safe to pay. Cheapest rate per minute for a home number that I can find for my country. I do like the resonable pricing, however, the quality of the connection has been getting worse. I try both from landline and mobile but I must say it is really getting worse on both and I am considering looking elsewhere as I feel like I am wasting half of my money as I can only have proper conversation only half of the time I am on the phone. I use dial to save to call Finnish mobile numbers from a Uk mobile. The rate is much cheaper than the one my mobile operator gives. I use Dial to save now for a few years and have to say it is a really good way to call abroad for very low cost! I am using the prepaid version, so I buy 5 pounds upfront, which normally lasts me for over a month. I have unlimited minutes on my mobile phone so use this to dial the local access number and then every minute just costs one pence. The account is registered under my mob no and I was trying to get help to have my home no and office no registered as well, so I do not have to keep in putting the pin when I need to use the service. I sent email on Thursday and now Monday evening still nobody come back to me at all. Not just registered both nos I also found out that when I try to call using my landline at home I have a message saying that "You have no credit remaining" even though I have a credit of £5!! I've been using dial-to-save for severl years and have consistently found it to be cheap and I've always good a good line quality! Having friends all over the world means that making cheap phone calls abroad is imperative for me. The online account system makes it easy to top up your credit and if you register the phone you're call from you don't have to worry about about entering a PIN code. I am always a little wary of deals that seem to good to be true but but the Dial to Save UK mobile to US mobile service really does work! I use it to regularly speak to my friends across the pond in California, having previously used Viber for the same purpose. The price is competitive, more important to us was the line is very stable very rarely do we lose the connection or have any technical issues we had with other providers, Example echo, you cant hear them, but they can hear you and vice versa.
