Placed my order on december 10 for a 100 cm board and boots for my 5 year old shredder. Got an email on the 13th saying they didn't have the color boot I requested. They sent me a pic of a substitute. I freaked out a little because this was my sons gift from Santa and although I was emailed by Boards for Less on the 13th I did not check my emails until the 15th. My concern was that I wouldn't receive the board and boots on time. I emailed back asking for confirmation about shipping and the next day I received an email with my tracking number, date, times that my item was shipped. I received good customer service. It took a little longer than I would have liked to receive an email back but it's Christmas time! They are probably very busy. If you read the fine print the number is for sales, not for anything else. I also read that product shipped may not be exactly as shown. Being a business person I know that they can only offer these prices because they keep there overhead low! I would say that if you are looking for a good price and are not too concerned with getting exactly what is advertised and have a bit of patience this deal is well worth it. The website is very "busy" so it took me a long time to read all the terms, sift through product etc. I also read the reviews before and although a lot of them were negative a lot of what people were complaining about was stuff they warned you about on their site so I took the negativity with a grain of salt. Being in the hospitality industry I know first hand that people love to do write ups when unhappy, but rarely write up good reviews if happy.

Well I guess I got lucky. I got Bindings, Boots, Goggles, and a Board. After I bought I realized I never even checked the reviews on this website. So I came here and almost crapped myself from how bad the reviews were. At this point I thought I got screwed over, but after 2 more days of waiting my stuff finally came and damn was I relieved everything was in great condition and all was said to be as on the website. I love my new stuff but from reading the other reviews I would stay away from this company. I'd suggest something like Snowboards(.net), they might be a little more expensive but its name brand and trusted.

Placed the order online and paid with Paypal and didn't realize paypal had an oldemail address so i received no order comfimation or tracking #, or anything. So I emailed boardsforless and received no response, then I called and their mailbox is full and no one answers. so I look at reviews online and about sh*t myself. I figured I just wasted my money and got ripped off. Worried, I made a claim with paypal but to my suprise I received a delivery notice not more than 30 mintes after submitting the claim in with paypal. The order was placed on 12/3 and received on 12/8. I received everything just as ordered
