i understand that their prices SEEM fair. but if you search a bit you'll see that they really aren't anything special, not to mention that the product is either outdated or flawed. I have no idea what you guys are complaint about. I ordered a snowboard from these guys and they emediatly sent me an email saying that my order went through and that I could track my order so I could know where it is 24/7. First they sent me a board with a core defect that was completely unusable. I sent an email and the photos they requested but they failed to respond to me next five emails. Finally, they sent me an email saying that my emails had gone to their spam. They sent me the stuff to return the board and promised me a refund. I purchased from this "store" after finding their price to be the cheapest for a certain tennis racquet. The only problem is, I didn't receive a tennis racquet; I received a cheap imitation made out of PVC. He called from a private # and told me he would ship next day. 4 days later still not shipped. The only thing they did promptly was charge my credit card. When I went to their website to get their customer service number I found out they don't have one. You have to email them. I have emailed them several times and they have never responded. I 'purchased' a snowboard package from boardsforless from Australia. I was unsure if they shipped there, and how much shipping would cost. On their 'about' section of the website it clearly stated that for international orders they would send you a quote for shipping on placing your order, and wait for you to confirm before going ahead with the order. They advertised for sale a demo Wilson BLX Tour tennis racquet with no strings. After receiving the racquet and then having it strung (a cost of $43 investment) it became clear that the racquet was defective as the strings were crooked. On closer inspection it was also a fake racquet (the weighting was waaaaay off). Argh! Her boots were the wroing size, and the bindings didn't come with the hardware to attach it to the board. I did get a confirmation email of my order that said I would get tracking info within 48 hours. 1 day later my credit card was charged for the whole amount, therefore I assumed it must have been shipped since companies normally don't charge you until the product is shipped.
