    I bought my neff oven model U1422N0GB D on 22/03/2007, I am disgusted with the cheap materials used in the manufacture of this expensive item. I have had to call out your engineers twice on warranty to replace the lugs witch hold the racks for the shelves in the oven. These were made of a britle cast metlal.Now the heating element has blown, and to take the plate off at the rear of the oven, the screws had rusted in place and had to be drilled out,also the inside of this plate is rusting badly. The engineer I used could not believe it was only 2years 7months old, and I am disgusted and would not buy another Neff. My contact details if you wish to discuss are pj.parker@btinternet.com
