    I would use Appliance Deals again. I ordered online at 2am on a Saturday night (Sunday morning if you like)and on the last page of the transaction I got an error on the page and panicked a bit as to whether my order got through.

    I did not have to fret for too long as they are open from 10am on Sundays. So I phoned them shortly after 10 and spoke to a very helpful person who took my post code and confirmed my order got through.

    Delivery communication was excellent and goods arrived on time.

    i ordered a small size washing machine from appliance deals which they could deliver at the weekend and take away my old broken one. they turned up, took the new machine out of the packaging and it was damaged and faulty. they took it back and said someone from appliancedeals would call - they didnt and we had to call them. we rearranged delivery for today, got a call to say the time slot so i was hopeful. however, it hadnt arrived 1.5 hours after latest time, so i rang them. four phone cal ...

    We used Appliance Deals only because they promised to deliver a double oven in 3 days.The oven they sent out was badly damaged,this was only noticed when the packaging was removed.The driver told my daughter that this was the third time this had happened.This was on April the 6th,finally 3 weeks later after 3 promised deliveries were not met we cancelled the order.They offered us £20 off a more expensive oven which meant we had to pay an extra £40 to get an oven 3 weeks after we we ...
