    Good Points: They have experienced staff answering the telephone lines 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They are easy to reach via e-mail


    Bad Points: They never return telephone calls and the out of hours contractors are poor.


    General comments: When we were flooded out in July 07 the out of hours contractors failed to attend which caused more damage and when they did attend. The Loss adjusters Hamilton Home Insurance assigned were also poor at communication and the cheques took 3 weeks to come through after ordered
