Good Points: Good Website. Easy to use. Good Prices.
Bad Points: They sell product they / their dealers don't have. They are not available at weekends. They do not contact customers when they know their dealers / distributors cannot deliver.
General comments: Website is goods and the prices are keen. Their list of dealer / fitters is vast. Problem is they simply take your money, then pass your order to a fitter - regardless of whether the fitter has the stock, or can get the stock.If a problem arises - then you cannot contact them on a weekend - so if you have some bald tyres, have turned up at a fitter, as planned, only to find the fitter does not have the tyres - then you are in serious trouble as you cannot get a refund and you potentially are left driving on illegal tyres over the weekend until you can get best buy tyres to contact you.
