He greeted us in a friendly fashion and gave us en route useful information and tips regarding Venice. On return, a different driver picked us up at our accommodation in plenty time (a few minutes early - which was nice)and we had another comfortable ride back to the airport. We were met by a very friendly lady driver who had my name clearly printed on a A4 card. Her taxi was spotlessly clean. On return the appointed driver was at the hotel before the appointed time. Though he had little English he was very pleasant and well presented. His taxi was also spotlessly clean. I found the service efficient, professional and obviously very dependent. This time there was 13 passengers in our party and whilst on holiday we amended our booking to include 3 additional passengers for our return trip to the airport without any problems. Just back from a golf trip in Portugal with 8 others. We used Suntransfers to and from the airport and their service was impeccable. Highly impressed with the quality of the vehicles they have in their fleet and the professionalism of the drivers. We had a 5:45am pick up on the way home and the bus was sitting waiting for us. My transfer from Palma airport to Santa Ponsa in May was excellent and stress free. When we came into the arrivals lounge, the driver was waiting for us with our name on his board. He took us to his vehicle, only a short walk away, loaded our luggage into the boot of the taxi and we were on our way. The taxi was lovely and clean and very comfortable. At first, I wanted to find a local company but the price was too high when compared with SUNTRANSFERS. The service was excellent. The driver was waiting for us before our meeting time.
