When we arrived at the airport our driver was there waiting and took a couple bags for us, we were a party of 6. He was able to get us to our destination in spite of our being unfamiliar with the area and we had a typo on the address we provided him. When we arived at our destination, no one answered the bell at the gate and he waited with us and made a phone call to our contact person, until we were let into our apartment. We were met immediately at the airport in Alicante and the driver insisted on handling our luggage to the car. The car was large and extremely comfortable and quiet. We reached our destination in no time! On our return trip, the car was ready and waiting outside the hotel at the agreed time. The driver met us just outside the baggage collection area, took us straight to the minivan and on to our hotel. Comfy and clean minivan, courteous driver, helped with cases, no problems. The taxi driver was there on arrival, unfortunately he didn't display my name so it took a few minutes to find him. It makes being picked up fro your airport so simple, especially if you don't fancy negotiating airport exits in foreign lands. The service was first class - our plane was late but because the company had our flight details they knew this and was prepared to wait, the only thing i have to add is that we found out during our stay that we could have picked up a taxi locally for 25% of the price we paid Sun transfers but we didn't know this when we booked but next time we will get a cab from the airport instead of pre-booking or even catch the local bus for three euro each way as it stops at the airport and dropped... This is our 3rd time using Suntransfers the drivers are always waiting in the arrivals hall for us. Every driver has been polite helpful helping with our luggage. We arrive at our hotel or villa calm & relaxed & again at the airport in the same manner. Booked transfer for 13 people from Malaga to Marbella and everything was perfect. Driver was waiting for us in arrivals and had the bus parked nearby. We had one item of delayed luggage but this was no problem for the driver. The bus was actually a very modern 52 seater coach so plenty of room and luxury.
