Overall very good service. Punctual, polite and considerate drivers. Two complaints which reduced the stars: the first driver obviously did not know where he was going when we arrived in the town - I had to give him my iPhone map - at full roaming charges - after about 15 mins of obviously aimless driving. Second: my flight was cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled flight, so we had to rebook to second - more distant - airport, but was unable to just transfer the booking and pay... I cannot say enough about this company. I had scheduled a pickup time of 4:15 only to find out that we could not get off the ship until 4:30. The ship allowed me to call them and change it to 4:40 but I was assured that the driver would see that no one was getting off and would wait on us. When we got off the ship our driver was waiting on us with a sign with our name on it at the entrance. Very easy to book online. The driver was at Malaga airport waiting for 10 of us in airport arrivals. There was a very safe and clean baby seat in one of the seats for our baby Grandson. I would thoroughly reccomend Suntransfers, they were brilliant. We arrived at Jerez airport around 9.30pm from Stansted and driver was waiting in arrivals with large board with our name on. on landing at Faro Airport we were greated by a Lady holding a plaque with my full name on. We were Escorted to our minibus 2 mins away, She was also the driver which was nice. We went straight out the Airport and away to the Resort Albufeira .When it was time for the return you don't even have to confirm 24 hrs before. which most others do. The driver was well on time. Our plane had no delay, but we had to wait for our suitcases 45 minutes. When we arrived in the arrival hall our cabdriver was nowhere to be found. He had left, so we called the emergecy number but they told us that the taxi had left en didn't come back. So we had to take a regular taxi. So my advice: "if you want to take a taxi from Barcelona airport to the centre of Barcelona take a regular taxi", the price for the regular taxi was only 27 euro, much cheaper then the 40 euros(!) we paid in... I booked a return transfer from Domodedovo Airport for 8 people to our hotel in New Arbat Street, Moscow City Centre and back again. On both occasions the drivers were polite and helpful although they didn't speak much English we were able to make ourselves understood. His car was clean and tidy and he had no problem in taking us to our destination. Return transfer was excellent he arrived 15 mins prior to the time to allow for traffic.
