I found the booking process very easy and was re-assured to be able to discuss queries with someone over the phone.The price was very good. We used the Suntransfers from Istanbul airport and for the return journey. It took a long time for us to get through Passport control and the visa process due to so many flights arriving; Suntransfers called us to check where we were and to let us know our driver was still there. We were picked up the minute we got through clearing passport control by a charming and courteous driver holding a board with our name on.brilliant comfy vehicle and was helped with luggage. I booked 2 days before our return from our hotel in Albufeira to Faro airport. The mercedes van arrived 10 minutes early. The driver was exceptionally nice. There was only three of us with luggage and plenty of room. For €28.00 I could not fault this service. The hotel quoted €45.00 and a private taxi would have been €50.00. After waiting 15 minutes after the booked pick up time I phoned suntransfers to be told the driver had been there for an hour, this was a lie. My villa is on a quiet private road. I told her that was untrue, she was rude and talked to me as if I were a child. I returned outside and the taxi then arrived. He told me he had been there for half an hour, another lie.
