I must admit one day the electricians arranged to come on the morning but phoned to tell me he would still make it but would be on the afternoon, that is the only hick up that happened, i have a conserrvatory completed within 6 weeks from the quote, and im bein honest what a great conservatory, comparing this one to and friends conservatorys and they have to admit this easyfit product is without a dought better in quality and looks of theirs.

Let me start with the ONE good thing. The price was competitive and the finance at 0.75% is a great offer.

Now the critisim, we bought our Conservatory from the Walsall outlet, other sits may offer a different experience but, let my start by saying that NOT one of the tradesmen appointded by Easy Fit turned up on time!! With the exception of the 2nd Builder (Tom Richards he was great) appointed every one as late, no calls to notify of delays or cancellations. The fitters were late and had to co ...

called easyfit for a quote , guy arrived had a look at job , said that he would go away and call me with quote in 2 days ....... now 10 days still no quote , ive called them and was told he would phone me in the morning still no phone call ........ think i will give them a wide birth as if there as good at quotes as there building will take forever

Where do i start? we wanted a tailor made conservatory and had numerous quotes , but seemed to get the figures of £7000 as a TOTAL.We then made the mistake of ringing Easyfit Conservatories, and had a rep come to our house. He seemed a nice enough bloke , and after a bit of haggling managed to get a price of £7700 including what he said , was a 19 in tv with dvd , thrown in and he would alos throw in a climate box. I can not understand a bad comment to easy fit , after recently having my instalation , the conservatory is 2nd to one and the best quality around , with constant calls of easyfit to make sure i was happy at every stage , superb comapny and very profesional , thankkyou for the great conservatory

Absolutely brilliant.

I am sat in my just finished conservatory and its perfect. I had to write this review as the fitter has only just finished and its a sunday! Easyfit had loads of problems with the weather this week but with coming back today to finish off its right on schedule.

I loved the customer focussed way that nothing seemed too much trouble, I would have liked the salesman to spend more time on the optional extras rather than work all those out later (colour of tiles etc) but other ...

We had an old conservatory which we had been looking at replacing. We had several quotes and decided on Easyfit. They were not the cheapest but the Salesman made us feel that they were a professional company which we could rely on. The Salesman told us we can have the conservatory fitted beginning of June and we would not start paying until end of September when our finances would increase to pay for it. No communication with us or between Easyfit. We had to do all the chasing. Builders turned up on the scheduled day and completed on the same day, great we thought and it all went wrong from there. Fitters turned up late as didn't know builders had finished, (poor comms) fitting was poor and shabby. Plasterer could not come for 2 weeks, and then refused to cover holes left by electrician. Electrician forgot to keep second appointment and came 10 days later. Complained several times about several ...

we had a conservatory after my mom had brought one from easy fit and she was over the moon with hers. we had easy fit out and from the first point of contact to the final finish of the conservatory every thing went exactly to plan we where informed of all aspects of the project we had the whole package for £5999 the only problem was which tiles to choose!!!!

although the conservatory itself is first class the after sales service from easyfit conservatories was abominable. An outside drain became an inside one after erection and a hole was left in the floor. After 32 phone calls nad much aggression a builder finally called after 5 months to insert a big blg black rubber plug in 2 minutes. The original advert on the TV priced the conservatory at £4999 but the final cost to me was £7500. One would expect better service for this price but ...

Had our conservatory for 18 months now and we are still using waders when it rains! We have had various faults which we were told we had to call the fitter, who are the sub contractors of Easyfit! Easyfit would not and still will not do anything about it. We now have water running down our walls, on to our furniture and floor, doors that keep dropping and we get told that we need to pour cold water over the hinges when it gets hot!!!! Not sure which book they are reading from but they do not ...

Hi,I ordered a conservaotry from Easy Fit in April. It was a "Full Monty" deal and it was really easy. They sent a survay man around in a couple of days, then the convservatory was build over about a week.It was really easy and I have had no experience of after sales care as it has been great, no leaks or any other problems.

I had a p shape conservatory fitted by easy fit. through every step of the prosess i felt looked after and informed at every stage. I could not be happier with the finished job all the trades men where great. I have reccommended 2 friends and 1 of them has there conservatory started next week.

I had a conservatory fitted by 'Easyfit Conservatories', the sales person came out gave us a quote and advised we could have work done on the buy know pay later 12 months interest free option scheme . The sales person advised no interest would be paid as long as the loan was settleled before the first payment was due. I phoned up to settle this loan and received a letter with two different figures and was told it was not an interest free option loan but a deferred loan agreement and 12 months ...

The sales man from easyfit conservatories came to see us very quickly and was very thorough in going through the whole process. We sorted evey thing very quickly, even showed us a video about the roof.

What he failed to tell us was our garden was going to be used to store the whole conservatory (in pieces) until they were ready to come and start the work. I only have a small garden, so you can imagine the space every thing took up.

I got an online quote for the windows and then called Easyfit Conservatories in Rugby who confirmed that the price stated was the price including fitting. Price for two windows was £500.

When the 'sales man' arrived he said that the cost was £600 for the most basic windows. I managed to get him down to £550 (still more that online price) and signed the agreement.

Easyfit Conservatories are a very bad companydon't use them however tempting their pricesas you will end up in paying for the difference big timevery bad quality and the guarantee is not really for 10years as the salesman will tell u, it is just for 12 month and you are left to call the fitter yourself, and in my case he is not answering so in fact I don't have a guarantee, I was given a certificate and when called it turns out only if the company go bust, so I hope they will so that I can get p ...

Had my conservatory finished two weeks ago [07-03-09 it is 7mtrsx4mtrs had the package which included electrics tiles and blinds, it looks fantastic and an excellent job installed by easy fit, they made sure that i was satisfied every step, from the base brickwork and installation to the tiling and blinds.
