    I considered buying a franchise for this as it looked like a good idea to me, but changed my mind when I rang a few dozen companies who had signed up to it. I asked them if they had seen any benefits to their business and none of them were enthusiastic and most said they would not be renewing for a second term.

    A good idea if they can get more companies to make offers. Saving pounds and not collecting points, can use it all over the UK.
    There could do with getting more companies to join

    The concept is good, but if you are considering a franchise ask head office if you can speak with a franchisee who has not made a success with this business.

    I have owned a UKWebsaver card for just over a month and recouped the '£4.99 membership fee on my second purchase. It's good to see actual cash discounts instead of a points system and I am now spending more money with local businesses that are offering me a saving with the card.
