    Good Points: The upscaling seemed very good.


    Bad Points: Stopped working after 1 hour of use. Rang Samsung who arranged to take it into a service centre. Two weeks later and there still waiting for Samsung to send a part!


    General comments: Overall the Samsung BD-P1400 seems a nice player but the inability for Samsung to get a part out to fix there faulty player in a reasonable time frame is just beggars belief! I will avoid buying Samsung in the future because of this and recommend anyone else thinking of buying from them keeps in mind there extremely poor after sales support if things go wrong.
