Ordered a set of mats for my Mercedes B-class on Tuesday and they arrived Friday, fantastic quality and service, they fitted very well even onto the securing studs on the floor of the car! Highly recommended!!

I ordered some glass for my wing mirror from here as I was having trouble getting the right size for my car. As you have to enter your registration number for them to check, I presumed I'd get the right sized glass. Wrong. I emailed twice, no response. So I rang and spoke to a very nice man Mike or Mick, I think he was called. He told me to post the glass back and said it would be refunded to my card, to put a letter in with the details of my order, which I did. Really? Well I'm still waiting and I posted it back to them two weeks ago. I still haven't had a response to either of my emails. It looks like I'm going to have to chase them with another phone call. When I rang before Mike/Mick originally he said I probably hadn't had a response because of the hundreds of emails in the inbox?! I have never bought from an online retailer with such bad service. I'm not one to complain normally, but I definitely won't be using them again or recommending them to anyone.

One of the cheaper sites around. Although slightly delayed in their delivery their customer service was excellent when I emailed and called to query my order status. Called me back regarding courier status, which was delayed due to recent snow fall. Courier company failed to deliver first time as nobody at home, but called me to arrange delivery second time. Would use again and recommended.

Have had 3 towbars from these people, I wanted to use them for my business but only 1 of them arrived with no problems. The second one did not turn up, they then lied to me on the phone saying it would be with me the next day, i rang again the next day and they said it had not gone through on there system even though payment was taken, so they sent it then. The third towbar i ordered the second part of the package did not turn up, i rang them and they lied to me yet again saying it would be with me that day, i rang the end of the day and they lied yet again saying it would be with me tommorow, after the third call and it not turning up they got it delivered. So basically they are unreliable and fob you off on the phone!

Prompt service and was as described on the website. Well packaged and competitive prices.

I could not choose theright one for my citroen grand picasso without rail and fix points. Surfing on the internet I found this company. I called there and the person on the phone was very kind and helpful. He guided me straight away and make my purchase easy. The most important thing is to get the right thing. I was happy and bought it without hesitation. Easy to assemble and strong enough the only weakness is the caps clips which break and You can loose the caps. If I want to keep them on I will have to glue them

Admittidly i didnt order in time, but with no information on delivery options or anythin like that, then constant assurances that it would have been delivered to me in time, along with ensuring that someone would be in the house all of that day, there was no delivery! supposidly they tried to deliver, but nobody came to the door. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU NEED THINGS IN A HURRY!!!!!!

Perfect fit no faffing, unbelievably strong and thick metal, all correct Bolts although a little atention required between 35 and 40 mm length. finished installation did not affect spare wheel removal. Nothing not to like
