We bought two blinds, of really poor quality. We asked to have them replaced or have them refunded, but the sales assistant had no interest in helping. As we did not order a sample (to see how bad they would be...) there was nothing they would do. In addition the sales person was very rude and abrupt. The blinds and curtains appeared to be great (nice material, good finish etc) until we hung the 3 blinds in the bay window. One of them was stringed on the wrong side but, easily resolved. But, despite the exact measurements we gave they were all different lengths - which looks rather strange. Worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. They will lie through there teeth to not send replacements or try not to give you a refund. Stay clear. Also one of there operatives put me on hold but didnt mute the call. I heard everything been said in that call room. It took me almost 2 months to receive a "decentish" set of blinds and would definitely advise you to go elsewhere! Customer Service is terrible, they do not reply, then give you the run around and the quality of the blinds is not good either. Ordered curtains from this company - fabric quality was poor and cheap and they made the curtains too small in width for the size of the window (despite me giving them accurate measurements) so they looked horrific and I couldn't use them. Emailed customer services twice and got absolutely no response - had to phone them to be told that it was their policy to make up curtains to only 75% gathering so they wouldn't do anything. Picked a Venetian blind online for Newley decorated bedroom. Blinds arrived and colour did not even slightly resemble colour advertised online. Phoned company who were very rude and kept stating that if the sample they send out, matched the blinds then I would NOT be refunded. I deal with a number of retail blind companies on the net so i will explain how it works.
The picures on the website are very hard to scan and being honest 7/10 will not match the colour you wanted. This is why they provide a free sample service to make sure the colour you have chosen is the correct colour you want.
i will say 247blinds are one of the best companies on the net but this is solely my opionion.

Of course this will depend whether you are facing the blind or if you have your back to the blind. I can't believe the two guests who obviously feel the anonymity of being a guest here allows them to be blatantly unsympathetic and rude in their none constructive commentary.
The terms "have your back to it" is a comment used all the time it doesn't mean you want to operate it with your back to it. The phrase removes any ambiguity when talking about the same topic when it isn't in the same room to be demonstrated physically.
And the second guest who feels this is nitpicking should really take a look at the facts. The website says one thing, an uneducated salesperson says another and the customer is in the middle with a wrong blind.
He has a perfectly acceptable gripe with this website.
If we didn't know better you would think that these guest comments came from the site owners! Shows their commitment to customer service.

Apologies... the blinds were 15mm (20mm on one) out. I wouldn't haven't complained had it just been 5mm!!
