    I ordered a bouquet of flowers from 1 800 flowers.com and it was send as promised and it was exceptionally beautiful and fresh, just as shown online. Shipped as promised and held up to their side. Will do business again!
    Wonderful, fresh flowers. Beautiful arrangements.

    Had a real bad experience! Looking back at the situation here are the problems: You don't deal directly with the florist (I called the centralized call center; They did not seem to care about providing a personalized service to verify delivery time and the specific order (I found out that the florist they used did not have the flowers I ordered); they do not guarantee a delivery time and apparently think that 7:00 PM is acceptable; They charged me an extra 13.99 service fee to my order; my o ...

    They have no problem taking your money, but when they fail to deliver as promised, they DO NOTHING but try and keep your money.

    Received these as a Mother's Day gift and was greatly disappointed. Will suggest not using this company in the future.

    Never will buy from them again. Im a elite customer and they keep screwing up and rude on the phone.
