    Good Points: None


    General comments: My partner ordered some flowers to arrive for me yesterday (valentines day) so not knowing wot it was i was waiting for i waited in all day and nothing turned up. My partner then tried to call them and had been trying all afternoon but the two phone number's that are on the website are constantly engaged, have tried again today and still engaged all the time! We have emailed them and the emails are just been sent straight back to us! There is no way to get hold of them and they have taken the payment out, because of this we have had to contact out bank and cancel our card for just in case... you never know and seems like the right thing to do!!
    We did receive an email from them yesterday morning stating that there had been a problem with the personal messages but we were still guarenteed delivery for yesterday!!

    Would not use again and now im flowerless!!
