    Good Points: The site was colourful...


    Bad Points: It's misleading


    General comments: The appliances were said to be in stock but it turned out they didn't have them - this is after they took my money. Called Sainsburys to complain and they said it's not even them!! It's a company called DRL in Bolton. I thought I was ordering through Sainsburys and this has put me off them now as you can't expect 'Sainsburys' service...
