    Good Points: Apparently friendly and helpul until something goes wrong - then they "can't remember", lose your equipment, dion't want to know etc.


    Bad Points: Only want your money - afterwards you can forget them. Management unreliable and extremely rude.


    General comments: Appalling place. Penzance Computers do everything orally "gentleman's agreement"-type business, except that when they then make a mistake they are anything BUT gentlemanly! I have personally had better service at PCWorld despite general criticisms to the contrary.
