I found PC Next Day to be Very cheap (I bought a Core 2 duo PC with flatscreen monitor for less than £200). Re-funded me when it didn't come.
Didn't deliver, said something about running out of stock... Seemingly unhelpful reply to an email sent questioning it's lateness. It was two weeks before I received a reply telling me it was out of stock. You get what you pay for...

I ordered some curtains and was told on 2 occasions that they would be delivered the following day. When they did not arrive I telephoned mid afternoon and was told to ring back at 7 p.m.
I rang back at 7 p.m and got a half hearted apology but was told that although Customer Service are told to say next day - their small print absolves them of any responsibility to do this.

Basically if your computer works from this company you have probably just bought a bargain as they are cheap, however the problems occur if you have a fault and an on-site warranty. They subcontract to a company called repairline who were awful. In the end I had to send the computer back to PC nextday for them to fix even as the on-site engineer couldn't fix the problem.
