Good Points: Easy online catalogue.
Bad Points: Given erroneous information by customer service and little help. Delivery - when and if it happens. Lack of concern expressed by helpline.
General comments: I ordered some curtains and was told on 2 occasions that they would be delivered the following day. When they did not arrive I telephoned mid afternoon and was told to ring back at 7 p.m.
I rang back at 7 p.m and got a half hearted apology but was told that although Customer Service are told to say next day - their small print absolves them of any responsibility to do this.
My advice - if you are going to order from Next accept they deliver when they feel like it. After all the customer is always wrong!

Basically if your computer works from this company you have probably just bought a bargain as they are cheap, however the problems occur if you have a fault and an on-site warranty. They subcontract to a company called repairline who were awful. In the end I had to send the computer back to PC nextday for them to fix even as the on-site engineer couldn't fix the problem.
