    Good Points: good prices


    General comments: I placed an order with Newegg and requested rush service and overnight delivery. After 24 hours, it appeared my order hadn't be despatched - even though the website says that if you place an order by 12:00 you can usually get same day shipping. I sent an email and got no response. I phoned and it appeared that the delay was caused by a credit verficiation, but that it had been taken care of and my package would definitely be shipped that day ---- only to receive a phone call later in the day stating that Newegg needed confirmation by phone AND that my product would not ship until the following Monday. I was also informed that my credit card had already been charged and that they would try to refund my $2.99 rush processing fee. I wasn't happy with this poor level of service I feel I received.

    I wish that every online business, no every business were run according to www.negegg.com's standards.
    I recently had to order some RAM for my notebook to keep it close to current and the selection online was tremendous!
    Even for my older notebook, there were so many choices in so many price ranges.
    So I ordered the part, the online confirmation said that the part would be to me within 3 to five days. I received it in two days!!!!
    not to mention, that the shipping rate was ridiculously low!
