    Refused to deliver to my work address despite all the security checks I had gone through. There is no mention on the site of delivering only your billing address and refuse to budge. STILL waiting for my money back. Took 10mins to answer the phone and the guy at the other end didnt sound as though he really knew what was going on.
    STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY - CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUS FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was speccing up a new PC and spent hours choosing components and pricing them up. Inevitably some parts were cheaper, and others more expensive depending on where I looked. Having totted it all up on a spreadsheet Micro Direct came out cheapest overall. Delivery was £6.98 but arrived next day and all was as it should be. I'd definitely use them again, but very much depending on price - there's so many good companies to choose from that price is just about the only factor in it.

    Absolutely abysmal service. The worst I have ever seen, I was on hold for a combined 4 hours trying to get through to them about a broken product they sent me.They over charge on postage with completely fabricated weights and the attitude you get on the phone is purely shocking!Any money you save on their prices will be made up for 6 times over on phone calls.DO NOT SHOP with Micro Direct.

    In November 2008 I purchased a 3.5 'Akasa internal multi-card reader item no. S021695, from Micro Direct for £14.66 including carriage, I believe this reader was not fit for the purpose made known. That is, memory cards could not be inserted satisfactorily and in some cases not at all. (photographic evidence of the defective equipment was made).
    The card reader was returned to them on 19th November 2008. Shortly afterwards an unsatisfactory notice of refund was received by myself, stating ...

    So far I have no complaints.
    Goods are a fair price and if they say the items are in stock, in my experience, they are. unlike many others when they have got the money. Delivery times, well plenty of choice and you get what you pay for plus the tracking works.
    Only one minor fault, I have never read a negative review posted. I disregard the on site reviews and do product research elsewhere.

    I ordered a tv from Micro Direct and paid for next day delivery, and did not arrive had to chase and was told maybe in a few days, asked for refund and was told to wait until they receive goods back and investigate, will be a few days they knew where goods was as delivery firm told them they had it, I complained to HQ and was put on hold then cut off.
