Save your money and steer clear. My £1000 sofa has fallen apart after 6 months and I’m informed by these clowns that it’s wear and tear. The seams have split on the main seat making it look 10 years old. Wish I’d read the reviews and used a more reputable dealer. Unfortunately for them I don’t give up and I’ll be taking this to trading standards. Save yourself the stress and the cash and go to the high street stores. These people are con-merchants and an absolute disgrace!

If you want to waste your time and money,then buy all means but a sofa from here, if it steer clear. Bought a sofa in April, delivered may, wasnt the original one we picked, but they had problems getting tgat one, so ordered a more expensive sifa, wish we hadn't, material started bobbling g after 2 and a half months, contacted them on 2nd August to be told it is wear and tear. I did not agree as a sofa should last longer than that, fastforwrda 5 weeks,through numerous phone calls,each one promising me a call back, which has never happened, I've always had to call them, to be finally told, yep it is wear and tear, heres a £45 goodwill gesture and partial refund, needless to say I declined, have gave them one final chance and then I will be starting proceedings against them.

I ordered a Corner sofa and waited about 2 month for delivery and the delivery day arrived they wrote the wrong details down and said they tried delivering it to me and then tried charging me the 50£ delivery fee again even though is was their fault. After finally receiving the sofa 2 Romanian guys turned up and dragged my brand new sofa across the floor and banged it off every wall in my house. Please stay well away from this company! I was going to take them to trading standards because they tried offering me a £30 refund at first!!! I would give them negative 10 stars if I could.

I ordered from these idiots, the chairs are so inferior. Had them for 3 months, now there require a replacement. No one to contact. The contact number initially given has been cut off. No office to report complaints to. They definitely need shutting down

not normally one to write bad reviews as not much bothered but I would stay well clear from these sellers! Not only did they tell me I had a time slot from 11am-4.00pm because we had a family meal booked from 4.30 to which they said no problem too. we had literally no phone call or text message on the day they was meant to be bringing the sofa and decided to finally get in contact and say someone is 10 mins away at half 5 when we weren’t home. I asked for my £50 delivery charge to which they refused also saying we would then need to wait another week for rearranging delivery but they also wanted another £50 when it was there fault we wasn't in. HONESTLY SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING WAS SPOKEN TO IN A HORRIFIC MANOR BY THE DRIVER AND THE STORE ITSELF.. WE WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS!!! AS HOW THEY HAVE TREATED OVER THE £50 DEPOSIT REFUND IS TERRIBLE NOW WE ARE LEFT WITH NO SOFA & LOOSING OUT ON £50 WHICH TO SOME PEOPLE IS ALOT OF MONEY!!!

Ordered a mattress 23rd Nov checked order status on 4th Dec informed of delivery date on 8th Dec and delivery made as stated on 10th Dec. Mattress delivered was as ordered so very pleased with this company.

I ordered some bedroom furniture from this place as they advertise delivery 1 -2 weeks later, some 68 emails later and over 6 weeks I have finally got a refund for items that are not even in the country yet. They don't answer their phones and never return voicemails, they hide behind computers and emails and are quite frankly extremely rude, they will happily send you emails containing misleading and false information by the second and when I asked for the chaps manager name and contact details he told me " send it to me and I'll forward unless of course you speak Chinese " which gives you a sample of what you can expect to deal with - stay well clear. The one thing I did receive was damaged

Placed an order online some days ago was advised would get a confirmation email nothing rang and left messages nothing emailed nothing obviously not going to get anything please please do not use this company now have to get my money back!!! If I'm wrong I will review again but I have a bad feeling A VERY BAD FEELING

I ordered a silver column and after waiting six weeks and neumorous fone calls I never received the item,he told me it was ready to be sent then on another calk he said he didn't know where it went!! I ordered my £407 back he told me he would put it into my account,I never received it,I then had to go to my bank who felt with it for me after filling out a fraud form.my bank gave me my money back,I hope he gets done

Two month ago I have ordered two sofas and side cubes. Unfortunately, it was the biggest mistake. First of all, on their website I have found a wrong information. It said – next day delivery, but I received an email that it is going to take two weeks to deliver an item. It wasn’t the worst thing. We received the wrong items, send it back, but company refused to refund the money (£160) or provide the items. Such a waste of time and money. Very disappointing.

I have just obtained a County Court judgement against this company for the return of my deposit. 9 months and no furniture. Do not give them a deposit as more CCJ's appear to be in the offing.

I am delighted with my italian dinning furniture it absolutely gorgeous , my family & friends can't believe the quality & said this is what you call furniture. Can't wait to have a dinner party. Thanks

Furniture was delivered in good time was also aware when they were arriving. First team to assemble furniture did a terrible job. Did not level wardrobe on uneven surface and left it lopsided. Second team were shocked at workmanship and repaired it best they could . Also had problems with large chest of draws as bottom collapsed on a few of them . They came to repair them but refused to repair a second set allocated in wardrobe. I was informed that these large draws were meant to have been assembled with extra support clips underneath but weren't . So of course it's always the customers fault for overloading! I've had a large chest of draws from okra thT lasted yeRs with no problems. So will stick to them in the future .

Ordered 8 red roll top dinning chairs at good price, contacted that delivery would be about a month which was fine, chairs arrived on time, undamaged and exactly what was ordered. On unpacking I was surprised to find every last screw and tool included and not as usual 1 or 2 missing. I cannot fault the communications, price, communications from this Company and would be pleased to deal again.

As soon as i ordered the bedroom furniture at the end of July, I has advised that the order would be delayed due to factory shut down. This part of the customer service was very good. After that it went down hill. I had to chase the delivery to be informed that a wardrobe had come in damaged and it would take a further 2 weeks. This I accepted, but after another 2 weeks and no contact I had to chase again. I was promised a call back to update me but this was never done. After having to chase up again after a further 2 weeks had elapsed was told that it would be another week before the wardrobes came into the warehouse. No discount would be offered despite this (other than 2 free shelves which came as part of the broken wardrobe anyway!) and the operative refused to put me through to a more senior member of staff. DO NOT use this company if you are wanting anything within 3 months or decent customer service!!

Ordered 6 cream chairs. Recieved 6 beige chairs. The website explicitly describes the chairs as cream. The marking on the box described them as beige. They argued that beige and cream are the same. They are not. They refused to collect the goods unless we paid for carriage. We opted to retuen the chairs ourselves. I would not reccomend using this coampany.
