we ordered Laura Ashley furniture in March 2016. It took 5 months to deliver and not worth the wait. The Ashley range is very poor quality with drawers that don't fit properly and the size of the bedside cabinets and 7 drawer dresser would suit a child's room, not an adult. “Laura Ashley washes hands of delivery ”

Laura Ashley will not help you if your goods fail to get to you. They will make you deal with the courier Yodel who will state they only follow Laura Ashley instructions. When asked repeatedly for help Laura Ashley says it can do nothing and tells you to sort it out yourself. I am disgusted that they treated me this way given they have no trouble taking my money. Beware of Laura Ashley pricing item reduced by £50 within days of purchase. The item arrived damaged and contacting "customer service" is not easy. “Poor poor quality filling in an expensive armchair.”

Bought a leather armchair. Looked great, sat in it all the filling moved creating an uncomfortable dip, paid over £1500, complained and they sent a technician out who declared my uncomfortable sof OK??? Complained again, never heard any more. Had the cushion remade costing £100 for a new pad just to make the chair usable, disgusted at Laura Asheley and their customer (lack of) services. I ordered a wardrobe with LA online (to match with my beautiful LA bureau) and they were due to deliver it last Monday. The delivery men came and said that there was no space to park so they couldn't deliver it as they had a very big van. Fair enough. However, LA just called and said that I would have to pay an extra 60 pounds (in addition to the 25 pounds delivery charge) for a smaller van. “LA Wallpaper and Paste”

The Percy wallpaper I bought from Laura Ashley would not stick to the wall, the edges curled and the paper shrunk leaving gaps. I used LA wallpaper paste. I stripped the paper off, lined the wall and started again. This did not solve the problem. We purchased a bed from Laura Ashley (Brompton, Oak, King Size) on sale - usually £890.00. Ordered and paid in July 15, received September 15. “Awful Tartan Cutlery Set.”

I purchased the Laura Ashley Tartan cutlery set approx. 2 months ago. After 2 days I noticed the tartan had started come off the handles. “Garrat Chestnut 12 draw table”

Ordered the table on line. 6 weeks delivery should have been between 9 and 12 it came at 1.20 which meant I had to take a day off work after the delivery man had gone I noticed by the side of the lid 3 sections of the wood hadn't been stained properly and hadn't been varnished at all. I ordered a made to measure blind from LA. First it was not dispatched within in the time stated, when I phone up customer service they were unhelpful and couldn't give me any feedback on what was happening with my blind. It turned up a week late, I received no notification on the delivery. Used the interior design service ordered in excess of 7k for furnishing for our new home. Still no sign estimated delivery times twice changed and over the phone are now saying estimated delivery in May!!! Ordered a blind in February, now at my "estimated" delivery date and still no sign (despite lead time being 2 months). Staff are unhelpful and are unable to tell me when I will receive my blind. Surely this would be a standard question asked by customers?! All I keep getting is - it is only an estimated delivery date... but no-one can tell me when I am ever going to receive this. Wish I could give 0 stars. Spent a small fortune on home decorations only to open the paint cans a few weeks after delivery and find they have been severely damaged in transit and there is paint leaking everywhere inside the boxes. Unusable and a complete waste of money. Contacted customer service and was told by some jobs worth that they won't do anything because of the time frame.
