“Won't buy from them again”

Bought a metal bed 10 years ago. Lovely bed but the end caps for the slats have become brittle and started to break. I never thought I would have to replace this bed, but they will not even provide replacement parts or advise me how to fix them. They look bespoke so don't think I can just buy new parts. “Divan bed poor quality ”

Paid to have a 4 drawer divan bed shipped to France because we wanted extra storage space and this kind of bed not readily available here. The drawers seemed a bit flimsy but assumed that it would be fit for purpose. Despite being used for long term storage, and only being opened 2 or 3 times a year, two drawers have lost their fronts, deformed ,stick and are extremely difficult to open . Really poor experience as a first time customer. Misleading website as you pick a date for delivery only to find out later weekends aren't actually on offer despite it being an available options when they take your money! One of two items delivered on the wrong day and then left at a UPS collection place which was a corner shop where all the products were just thrown in the corner. “Awful customer service, faulty products”

I bought two lamps. Both did not work. Laura Ashely would not send out new ones until they had retrieved and tested the old ones. They then failed to show up on both occasions organised to pick them up (i had taken time off work to do this) and told me that I would have to wait at home again to get them picked uip. “Bed and mattress poor quality - who wants it ?”

Divan super King arrived June 2016 , legs had no threads in divan to retain the legs . How did this pass quality control ? - Divan after a long period replaced . Mattress , sagging badly ( we feel ) after 8 months , note that the bed is not used every day as we travel with business and are not heavy individuals. “Porrly made sofa beds and Disgraceful customer service”

Having purchased an expensive sofa bed we realised the cushions sink into the bed mechanism making it impossible to sit on. On contacting customer service Depth. they advised cushions need plumping up regularly! After many months they sent an engineer who agreed foam filling was needed in the cushions. Laura Ashley ignored the engineer's advise and said they would replace with the same filling. Waited months for an engineer and took time off work to wait in. What for? “avoid this company like the plague”

Bought expensive paint from them. The paint finish was patchy and brush marks were horribly visible. The company refuses to take responsibility for the paint that dries far too quickly. They had the cheek to suggest I can't apply paint or my walls are to blame. I've put them to proof and they have failed to respond. I redecorated the walls with dulux paint which is half the price. “Laura Ashley Brompton Wardrobe - Buyer beware. ”

This is a terrible product. It is a mix of veneer covered chip board and some solid wood. However the wood is soft and self assembly is tricky to say the least. The instructions are poor and confusing and once you do start to put it together, the pilot holes are all over the place, the draw bolts pull through the wood as you tighten them up and once it is assembled, it is so flimsy. “Roman Blinds”

My wife ordered a pair of roman blinds these were the same size, as our dining room has twin windows. On collection and opening of packaging I could not believe what I found, one blind had three vertical ribbons for dressing and the other had four how the hell can you not notice this I can only surmise their QC section is in need of restaffing. Ordered curtains and pelmet made to measure. Assured at time of purchase that pelmet came with Velcro backing as standard(to enable fixing to existing Velcro base). i brought a mirror from bentley bridge store on 24th september..a mirror costting £375.. it hd 30 per cent off so i brought it... had to wait 5 weeks for delivery which cost £25.. i had no choice with this charge...delivery date was 24th october... on delivery it was checked.. my mirror was broken.. so a photo was taken and it was put back on the lorry.. i was told customer service would contact me in a few days.... 29th october... im still waiting.... “Dirty damaged divan bed”

I purchased a divan bed costing £1200.00! I couldn't unpack straight away as the room wasn't ready ! They pointed out that if I didn't take delivery storage charges would incur at £100 per week. When I opened this the divan was dirty and a hole in it! Bought the single Amelia Divan bed with the coil mattress supposedly reduced by 60% meant I paid £550 instead of over a £1000 so thought a bargain for my son as I was looking to replace his bed. We were very unhappy with our new sofa from Laura Ashley. We purchased an Abingdon Large 2 seater sofa in June 2016 and received in July 2016. We could not believe how poor the quality of the seat cushions were. we ordered Laura Ashley furniture in March 2016. It took 5 months to deliver and not worth the wait. The Ashley range is very poor quality with drawers that don't fit properly and the size of the bedside cabinets and 7 drawer dresser would suit a child's room, not an adult.
