Used the interior design service ordered in excess of 7k for furnishing for our new home. Still no sign estimated delivery times twice changed and over the phone are now saying estimated delivery in May!!! Left hanging on when I called reading store, was even told by manager they don't deal with this and advised to to call customer service myself, perhaps it was a nightmare I had but I was sure I remember going into the reading store and handing over thousands of pounds!!!! “Failure to deliver order”

Ordered a blind in February, now at my "estimated" delivery date and still no sign (despite lead time being 2 months). Staff are unhelpful and are unable to tell me when I will receive my blind. Surely this would be a standard question asked by customers?! All I keep getting is - it is only an estimated delivery date... but no-one can tell me when I am ever going to receive this. “Dreadful furniture and worse customer service”

Bought two sofa's in the hope that we would be buying quality products which could not be further from the truth. After less than a month they started to look worse than the 10 year old ones we had thrown out and the arms lost padding leaving the frame visible. I have shopped at laura Ashley for years liking there quality products until now . I recently bought some laura Ashley tiles from a well known bathroom store costing me over £400.00, they are a nightmare as one cannot keep the tiles clean,always showing grubby marks,they are of a matt finish. we are forever using special cleaning agents to remove the grubby marks/imprints. “"Our store managers are not furniture specialists"”

Bought a sofa based on the advice of the store manager (a Worcester branch) that we would be able to wash the loose covers. We washed them and they shrank and streaked beyond use. Bought a complete set of Josette Curtains,duvet,lamp shade.Was extremely poor quality on all items when I opened the packet.. so thin and doubt if they would endure a few washes. Wish I could give 0 stars. Spent a small fortune on home decorations only to open the paint cans a few weeks after delivery and find they have been severely damaged in transit and there is paint leaking everywhere inside the boxes. Unusable and a complete waste of money. Contacted customer service and was told by some jobs worth that they won't do anything because of the time frame. “Recieved damaged mirror but was refused exchange or...”

Purchased a mirror online which arrived with a number of scrapes and dents like it was a previous return. It was totally sealed and packaged with immaculate box so was definitely not damaged on transit. Customer service refused to exchange or refund stating they have no way of knowing if it was not damaged by us. “When is a cancelled transaction not a cancelled...”

Went to the Glasgow Braehead store to buy fabric. Chose it, asked for it, it was out through the till, I paid for it by credit card and expected to be cut ready for me to take home. Wrong!
