    Good Points: Great product range, good for inspiration and new trends/designers, fab presentation and displays including the windows, informed staff, great website


    General comments: There is something really special about Heal's that seems to be lacking in other retail stores. Always a fantastic range of products - furniture, bedding, kitchenware, home accessories, gifts and more - all beautifully presented in a lovely old building. Even if you don't stop to buy (but I defy you to leave the store without doing so) it's great just to walk around and look at the great designs. Leading brands are mixed with new/unusual designs. Always a place for inspiration and great for lunch or afternoon tea. An iconic London retailer that continues to impress!

    I love going to browse around the local Heal's store. Everything is set out beautifully and they always have very eye catching window displays. I have been an avid fan of the brand and store since I bought a new property in 2003. Having lived in a flat before but never had the money to furnish it as I would have liked, I made a decision that for my new place I would only buy what I really wanted and would save until I could afford it this time round! No more Ikea for me... well not all! The ambi ...
