    Good Points: Clear website, with msot information available imediately, and contact details for anything else you would like to know.
    Generally staff in heals stores are genuinely interested in helping you


    Bad Points: Turnover of staff means that some are not as knowlegable as they could be, but find the right person and you're onto a winner.


    General comments: A fantastic range of products is available, from affordable design, to high end brands, Heals has something to offer all price ranges. I've been visiting their store on and off for the past 20 years.
    After trawling through the likes of DFS and other budget retailer I decided to have a look online, (I've recently been forced online by my Son, and have found the experience quite liberating) the heals website was very clear offering information on most of their ranges.
    Finally after drawing up a list of possibilities from those sofa's I saw online I decided to visit the store.
    I was suprised at what difference the price made to the quality of leather available, when it comes down to it there's leather and there's Leather.
    The staff member I approached seemed to delight in taking me through all the different leathers available, allowing me to feel the samples rather than just producing a chart of colours. Perhaps it was just a slow day, but it was a wonderful feeling to be so well looked after.
    Eventually I settled on a Cube sofa and was suprised to hear it was made in the UK, but a little disappionted with the 10 week lead time, I guess that's one of the prices of having something made especially for you rather than mass produced somewhere else.
