I booked to see Blur at Hyde Park in July with Londonticketsexpress.com ... after I'd paid the money I reaad online all the horror stories about this site .... thought .. well that's my Blur ticket gone then ... so bought a proper one off of ticketmaster .... a pre-printed ticket so knew I'd be ok to go ... did speak to a friend about coming with me to the gig on the off-chance it did turn up .... with a week to go ... I still had no ticket and not much communication via email from them .... they finally responded a day before the gig to say someone would call at my house the next morning with my ticket - they actually turned up .... I was gobsmacked I have to admit it ... phoned my friend - who met me in Hyde Park that afternoon ... and it was a valid ticket ... she got in ok ... I was very very very lucky ... but don't under any circumstances use this site ... it's just not worth the worry or hassle .... my story is one in a million ... I'm so sorry for those who were ripped off by them - only ever go through proper official links - I'd never risk this again ... once bitten ... twice shy :)

Absolutely shocking that in this day and age people can still scam tickets and never deliver!! I have brought for three different events in advance not knowing about this scam company as the link for them was through Ticketmaster?!?!?! Have been stung before by buying on line so thought this company would be safe through a link on Tickmaster how wrong can you be. I havent got tickets for The Specials in Brighton tomorrow, nor I doubt will I see tickets for Madness in December or Ronan Keating ...

I bought 2 tickets to Muse concert for Friday 13rd, at the O2 arena. Guess what? Never received the tickts, or email, or reply.

DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE. LONDON TICKET EXPRESS IS A SCAM.

I have paid top money, and I urge people to start a petition to hand in to government and police to track down websites like these with more attention. It has happened to too many people. My biggest mistake was not having read about it before. Now it is too late.

DON"T EVEN BE TEMPTED! Yup, like everyone else I got sucked in to the scam. Last year I bought and RECEIVED tickets for V Fest through this site - so I spent £250 on tickets for MUSE for tomorrow night. The email address has permanent errors, so no way of contacting them - my teenage son and his mates are totally gutted! As am I at throwing so much cash down the drain. Big lesson learnt!

LONDONTICKETEXPRESS.COM is a bogus website. PLEASE DO NOT USE for any tickets no matter how tempting it sounds. I was due to go to a Muse concert in Glasgow's SECC tonight and guess what? Yeah, NO TICKETS! Wish I had checked out reviews on them BEFORE I parted with my Credit Card details - well I have definitely learned a costly mistake here and will do my best to bad-mouth this place until they're rumbled!

same as most other reviews.took my money but never deliverred tickets-said they will refund,yet i now know i will have to use cc company to get it back.had same experience with v- festival , yet,went thru links on official site.definitely lost faith with internet ticketing agencies.

i cannot believe these horrible people can still trade .its the 27th oct and supposed to be going to see pink tonight in liverpool and still no tickets .been charged £113 for 2 tickets and no reply from at least ten emails.if you have any sense dont book with these horrible people because you will get bumped like me and a thousands of others no doubt.just hope he or she that owns this excuse of a company go bust 1 day ..lets dream

DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR LONDONTICKETEXPRESS!!!!!!!!!! Bought tickets in feb 09 and sent many emails asking when I would get them and just received one line responses. The lack of customer service is a joke and I cannot believe 1. I got fooled and 2. companies like this can trade - it's a disgrace in this day and age.

I ordererd 4 tickets from London Ticket Express for cliff concert mon 28th sept, these were ordered on 22nd dec 2008 and paid for. i have sent many emails with no reply, i have two friends traveling from the midlands to see this event costing them traveling money and a loss of a days wages. i would like to know how this company is still allowed to trade on the internet. I hope i will get my money via my credit card company to at least compensate my friends money for the tickets. But nothing will ...

i ordered and payed for these 2nd from the front row for my mums xmas present from London Ticket Express. We are supposed to be going on sat,hotel.time off work all booked,but no tickets they have said after many emails from me that they are having trouble getting them to me iv offered to pick them up on the day but no reply.

i booked take that tickets oct 08 for july 09 and i never received the tickets even though they replied to emails continuously until 2 days before when they confirmed tickets were not coming and even had the cheek to refer me to ticketmaster for £25 tickets and would give a full refund. i still have had no refund even though they emailed to say they have complained to the bank as delayed - luckily i got the money back through my bank and did manage to book last minute tickets. the show was ...

London Tickets Express coned me as well. I got tickets for the Killers in Hyde Park for 26.06.09. I booked it on 05.04.09. Was e-mailing them before the concert to make sure they are delivered but they never were. They responded to me with one liners as well and promised automatic refund within 28days. It has been over 50 days now and no refund. I sent them about 20 e-mails. They stopped responding to my mails.
Do not use them ever!!! You will never get your tickets.
Had to give them 1 star but ...

Do not use London Ticket express - they are a fraudulent company who promise tickets, dont deliver then dont refund - plain & simple!!!

They have no customer service department, no known address or telephone number!!

1 star is the minimum i can give which is to high - it should be nil!!

Rip off merchants!!

I am disgusted with the london ticket express and in the process of raising legal action against the, I have contacted the national newspapers to publish my story, as I bought two t in the park tickets weekend with camping never recieved the tickets was promised a refund and still nothing I am a signle parent who saved for a year to buy these tickets and now I have nothing to show for it this website should be shut down

I ordered three tickets for Paul Wellar which I never received. I did e-mail London Ticket Express several times the week before to see where they were but only received one line replies. Fortunately I paid for them on my credit card and have since been refunded. The really annoying thing about this company is they keep sending me e-mails on a daily basis about other tickets!! Tickets did not arrive on time and I have not been refunded despite promises and am writing this to make people aware that in my view they should not use this organisation. I have had to give one star but would not give London Ticket Express any at all.

I bought 2 tickets in Oct 08 for a Take That concert on 20th June 2009 and was (finally) told on the day of the concert that I would receive no tickets due to a delay in sourcing them. Like comments below I requested a refund and although I was told I would be refunded (after 28 days due to their banks policy), I am still waiting.
London Ticket Express has no customer service! Only one liners in repies I did receive. Because I paid for them with my credit card I have been refunded thru them.

Pre-booked tickets fot the U2 concert at Hampden Stadium. 2 days to go and still no tickets! I am devastated. I have sent London Ticket Express emails which have been returned to me with no reply whatsoever and I cant find a contact number on the website pages.
