Confirmed bookings for tickets to George Michael concert this coming weekend 24/08/08 now cannot produce. Have cancelled Stevie Wonder tickets, what's the point, they might only say they cannot honour booking days away from event. Had problems with them when we went to see Michael Buble in July also. I've recieved no response to any emails sent and i have sent some! Also, managers were never available.

Don't give up hope, I received my refund for tickets bought in February for Michael Buble concert. Panic over.

I like others ordered and paid for Michael Buble tickets in February 2008, 3 days before concert got email to say shortage of tickets and I would get a full refund within 28 days, time up and checked today with my bank no payment, tried to get them on internet but account has been suspended - any ideas what to do next - looks like they could have stopped trading - does anyone know anything.

I have just had the bad news that the two V Festival tickets i bout off this company are not going to arrive.
I Paid £340 for these tickets in March 2008 and have only just been informed that they are not going to send them. They are blaming Paypal and insisting that Paypal have witheld the money. If that was the case, why didnt they email me to let me know??? It is absolutly no help what-so-ever to me to find out 2 days before i am due to travel
Stay clear of this company!!! ...

Took money in Feb for Buble concert in July, 48 hours before rang to say they did not have the tickets. I was offered an immediate refund but despite many e-mails I haven't been refunded yet.

I also ordered and paid for Michael Buble tickets back in February, as they sent me an email advising me that they were on sale.... so I booked the tickets without thinking twice..... I wish I had! Had I have known from the email that they were a sold out ticket specialist company I would have booked through Ticketmaster but they did not make that clear at all.
After many emails I have still not had a reply and the phone number that they supply doesn't seem to exist. I also had to take a day of ...

Do not recommend going anywhere near this website. I spent £250 on Michael Buble tickets and never recieved them. I have sent endless e-mails and they haven't replied yet.

DO NOT USE this Company to buy concert tickets, they failed to send out the tickets for the gig and didn't bother to inform us of this until the day of the gig - They offer a poor service and then have the cheek to make you wait up to 28 days for a refund !!

I bought tickets for Dara O'Brian, they never arrived. They haven't replied to e-mails only contact and they didn't refund the money.

I bought V Festival tickets from this website last year and they never arrived.
Trying to get my money back was a complete nightmare as the contact details are false. The phone just went dead when ever I called.
In the end my credit card company had to refund me.
