    Good Points: NONE AT ALL


    Bad Points: Sinking feeling, cannot roll or turn. You and your partner will sink ino the middle fo the bed. very bad support and back aches 5/7 nights sleep.


    General comments: The Beautyrest Visco is the most uncompfortable matress we've ever sleeped in. We roll and sink into the middle of the bed, and it's not our weight. I have contacted sleepmaker several times with no action. I will now put in a claim under warantee and proceed legal action for the physical effects we have sufferd if they do nto replace our matress.

    About 18 months ago I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Evolution Visco mattress and base, a top of the line model. After 5 months the Visco pillowtop started to fail and after 11 months I put in a warranty claim. The company (Sleepmaker,here in Australia) gladly replaced the Visco foam with the promise that it would never happen again. I had asked for a different pillowtop because I lost confidence in this material but was told "it's against the law to change the specifications on a warranty repai ...
