If it wasnt for my friend I would never have even started riding let alone riding at mill farm. I have been at mill farm 3 years now and it is by far the best riding school. If it wasnt for the helpful people on there I wouldnt have a pony on loan. All the horses are well looked after, they are all in good sized stables and I dont really think the horses could be happier. I totally disagree with the silly person that said one of the dogs bit her because I been around the dogs for years and haven ...

I have been going to Mill Farm for the past 2 years and to be honest when i got there i could not ride a clothes horse let alone the four legged kind, but with the help of the owners and the guidence and patience of the instructors i am now a very competent rider. The staff make you feel very welcome and the horses are both well behaved and fun to ride, as i always say Horse Riding should be fun and not a chore !!!!!!!! The lessons are excellent value for money, and health and safety both for th ...

I Have Been Riding and Helping At Mill Farm For 3 Years Now. All The Horses Are Well Looked After & Are All Loved, The Lessons Are Amazing With All Good Teachers Who Help You With Anything.I Would Reccomend Mill Farm To Anyone Who Wanted To Learn, Improve Or Practise How To Ride. All The Dogs Are Very Friendly Sometimes They Bark At Strangers But Would Never Attacked Unless Felt They Needed To. The Whole Yard Is A Friendly Safe & Kind Atmosphere With Pony's & Horses For All Abilities.

This riding school is by far the best riding school i have been to. i have visited many riding schools before and have had lessons there but when i moved to mill farm i knew, from the friendly atmosphere and the friendly, helpful people on this yard, that this was the perfect yard. i have been there about 3 years now and has had a pony on loan there for 1 and a half years. i have learnt a lot here and am still learning. The horses are healthy and well looked after. The facilities are great and a ...

I have been riding at mill farm for about 2 years and have never felt unhappy with the horses, lessons or staff. All of thier horses are kept in nice sized stables with clean beds, full haynets and plenty of water. All of the horses look well and happy and are all very safe to ride and have lovley manners in the stables. Every lesson i have had there i have lernt something new i progressed from a nervous rider to a confident pony club member. There are a sensible amount of people in a lesson and ...

Myself and and my daughter have been coming to this riding school for just over a year and can say that this is the best riding school I have ever been to. I came from a riding school where neither my daughter nor I were progressing and Mill Farm changed all of that in a matter of weeks. Both of us loan horses from Mill Farm and these are healthy and friendly ponies. All the instructors are helpful in teaching the children how to ride. Not only are they a member of the pony club and have ab ...

I brought my daughter here for a riding lesson where she now rides weekly on a regular basis she participates in lots of fun activities such as pony club and gala days. The Yard Is extremely child friendly and there are no dangerous dogs running around during business hours, but are outside working hours to protect the Expensive equipment and horses on the riding school- The lady who says she got bit by the dog must have entered outside working hours as there are signs on the gate with a bell t ...

I have to say, i completely disagree with the women who posted the last comment. i have been goin to mill farm for 2 and a half years, and through all my time being there i hav never been harmed by any animal. The dobermans there are very friendly and would only ever bite if prevoked and they are guard dogs so were therefore only doing there jobs as the women who was attacked did not follow instructions to stay away from the gate, also over around three quarters of the time the dogs are in a ken ...

Would not send any child to this riding stables with dangerous dogs running loose around the yard and I certainly would not stable my horse there. I attended these stables during normal working hours when you would have thought a guard dog would have been under supervision or secured away.
