it is great, me my friend and my sister go there and they have also been very helpful and the horses are awesome!excellent value for money too. i liked that they do a variety of things not just lessons.i recently did a pony day and that was really fun! I recommend it to anybody who wants to get into riding. the people there are really friendly and help you out with anything that you need they have loads of horses and they are all absolutely gorgeous! i go there every Sunday and look forward to it all week. at my old riding school i didn't like it so i sometimes used to dread going there! mill farm take care of their ponies very well so they are all well trained and lovely to ride. mill farm riding school is the best riding school i have ever been to!

I have been going to Mill Farm Riding Stables for 5 weeks. To start with i was really nervous because i had never had lessons before. They were all really nice and they made me feel really welcome. Even though the instructors were my age and older, they really knew what they were talking about and helped me when i needed it. I started to go on the gallop track last week. I thought it would be scary becuase it had gallop in the name but it wasnt bad at all, this helps you to get used to leaning f ...- Read Guest's review (194 words)

I am a man of mature years, and I wanted to start riding as a hobby, but thought I might be a little too old. I found Mill Farm Riding Stables website and went for a visit. The friendly and helpful made me book my first lesson, although I was a little nervous about starting. The staff there matched me with a lovely horse called Jake. Once in the school, my nerves disappeared, not only riding Jake, but I felt at ease with the instructor. She took everything slowly step by step and was clear ...- Read Guest's review (176 words)

Started there last week, had my 2nd lesson today! after trying out most riding schools in Stockport, I can honestly say this is the best school by far!! If you are a beginner, novice, nervous it caters for all! When anyone starts riding or trying ne wplaces its obvious nerves will be in place but these nerves are soon to disapear with the friendly people you deal with at the riding school! Most places I have been I have mainly not liked due to the 'bad' customer service offered to paying custome ...- Read Stacey P's review (323 words)

Mill Farm Riding Stables - you dont just learn to ride you learn to love and respect the horses every horse has there own personality and each time you ride you learn somthing new about the horse your riding and how to ride them i often spend the day there and i know that when you are told how the horses and ponies never do more than three hours of work in one day that this is true i think thats why the horses are so happy they never seem bored or lazy because they are not tired. When you ride o ...- Read Guest's review (130 words)

My 5yr old daughter started riding at Mill Farm Riding Stables about 8 weeks ago and loves it. After watching her for a couple of lessons I decided to try for myself and I am hooked. Although I am the only adult in the lessons they are so informative and interesting and fun that I don't really notice. They are very safety conscious and the staff are really easy to talk to and enthusiatic. My daughter is hooked and and has learnt a lot in a short space of time. I would highly recommend this r ...- Read Joolz1965's review (101 words)

Worth learning to ride as they teach you properly. Horses are well kept and stables are safe, lessons are very helpful. Lack of space, but they dont over work or over crowd the lessons.- Read Guest's review (34 words)

If it wasnt for my friend I would never have even started riding let alone riding at mill farm. I have been at mill farm 3 years now and it is by far the best riding school. If it wasnt for the helpful people on there I wouldnt have a pony on loan. All the horses are well looked after, they are all in good sized stables and I dont really think the horses could be happier. I totally disagree with the silly person that said one of the dogs bit her because I been around the dogs for years and haven ...- Read cassie x sandy x 's review (132 words)
